Ark is full of exploits remove the trees the rocks the water and your PC will run fine, and you can see other players Ez use INI Ez Kill in PvP no one can hide from you and you can use meshing and exploits to make dinos breed faster😋😛🤑🤑🤑😝
As I said in the video "I have built this base before making this video on the official servers" I do all my base builds on single player creative mode as it's easier to show and explain how I'm building.
i got angry that there are not overhanging roofs so i made a mod for it esp in terms of building variation i really want more options so im gonna do more
Just for clarity I've changed nothing in the game settings, I just enabled creative for free materials. Maybe that Rock is not able to be clipped into, try and build slightly further away and build into it with clipping. If that doesn't work, join my Discord and show me pictures, we will figure this out!
the game doesn't even let me clip the floors together for the first step, pretty sure there's some clipping disable setting that's been toggled somewhere
Hey, quick question, how are you able to clip ceiling and roof pieces into each other? whenever I try to do it, the game tells me the structure is obstructed and doesnt let me clip the pieces into each other. Help would be greatly appreciated :]
Nevermind! I figured it out. It's a setting that allows structures to clip into meshes (like the rocks beneath your building) or other building pieces. So building a house like this is only possible in singleplayer or unofficial servers!
It's not even a PVE base, no defensive wall to protect your tames and wood doesn't stop big wild predators unless you build it so they don't come within aggro range, remember they can see through gates and windows even when shut.
I do say in the video that adding a pen and walling is down to your preference, I was just showing how to build the shape of the base, and I also said if wanting to go PvP / upgrade, swap the wood for metal.

Did you say you built this on a pvp server? It's a bit weird that you can use creative mode on a pvp server.

It’s just admin commands you can do it by pressing ~ and then just typing fly

This is built with no clip? The server i'm playing on wont allow cliping of building parts.

Sadly the clipping was fixed on a recent patch, but if you check my Bunker Base build I show you how to clip on official still :)

I copied the build but made some minor adjustments but the area is nice and the build was so well done
