I love crossbody bags! One of the considerations I have in buying bags is if can be used crossbody. I bought the Odeon PM after seeing your review a few months back. I also have the toy loulou, CH19, Antigona and Pochette Metis. I love them all and we seem to be in the same “wave length” in terms of what we want in a bag. Thanks for this video. After using my PM in Reverse for months, I just purchased the Odeon MM in black leather. I absolutely love this bag as an everyday bag, and used as a crossbody, it molds to your body and isn’t in the way when shopping and traveling. I had the speedy in mind, but glad I went with the Odeon. As always, great video!!
I have the Gucci Soho disco and I recommend it! I would give it a 10/10. It is the most practical Bag I ever owned, I can wear it anywhere. It is understated but so classic! It is on the casual side but the tassels dress it up a bit. I absolutely recommend it! The cost per wear is amazing! Oh! I am not a big Gucci fan but the quality really surprised me, the leather u is beautiful and hard wearing.
Hi Steph. Thanks for another insightful video. I totally agree with you about the Odeon (which I have in MM size) and the Pouchette Matis finding their way into your list and the former being the best casual crossbody bag. Both are so versatile. I tended to lean on my South Bank Basace previously, which I feel is an earlier take on the Odeon but there the strap was adjustable but not detachable. I can't comment on the other bags as I don't have them in my collection! Have a great Sunday 🙂

I recently purchased the bumbag, after watching one of your videos and I cannot believe how much I love it!!! The Odeon PM & Toy LouLou are favorites as well! Another bag I used on repeat last winter was the Balenciaga Ville bag. A bit of a billboard :( but so good. Outside pocket & great structure. Great video as always!!❤️

The Gucci Soho is a 10/10 for a crossbody. The leather strap is very comfortable especially over a chain strap. You really notice chain straps on long days. The strap is adjustable and long!! This is a huge plus for us tall and/or busty girls who struggle with crossbody straps being way too short. The leather is also pebbled so does not scratch easily and you can easily wipe it. The tassel dresses it up but it also is a casual bag. Lastly, although looks small is deceptively large inside. I can fit wallet, compact with brush, mask, small hair brush, hand sanitizer, passport, compact umbrella, etc. It’s like Mary Poppins’ bag in the amount you can fit…. And it doesn’t lose shape like other leather bags that stretch if you overstuff. Strong/sturdy zipper, low price point for luxury…need I go on? I have it in black and red and honestly most used bags in my whole collection. Worth every penny!!
Hey Steph great video . I agree with so many of these. My Odeon pm is my favorite crossbody in terms of how comfortable it is. So light! I ordered a second strap amd use it on my empreinte pochette metis and my mini gpfendi peekaboo, which I’m adding to this list, because it’s so comfortable. Also the ysl small loulou, ysl Lou camera bag, and the Chanel reissue. Unlike the classic flaps, the reissue is awesome crossbody

My advice for your LV bandolier is to buy an organiser insert, so you won’t find difficult looking for your things inside your bag.:-) but I love the design of it the same design of my LV On the go MM :-)
Great options!! Seriously great variety, sizes and functions for crossbody. My faaaav of your choices are definitely the bumbag, the 19, the loulou. I would also suggest the Palm Springs Mini! Since it’s technically not a crossbody but let’s be real everyone wears it best as a crossbody ❤️
I have the odeon pm but I use it for top handle 😅 love it for my work bag. The most used crossbody bag for me is the pallas clutch it's sad that they discontinued it.
I wish the strap on the Chanel 19 was a little longer. At 5’10 I always struggle to find a crossbody that’s not right at or above my hip. I just bought the mini rectangle for a ridiculous amount but hopefully it’ll work out.

My fave bag has been a Chanel. I will not wear anything that weighs over a pound so that limits a lot. I do not know why the cover flap on the boy bag is so big. It just adds to the weight.
I feel like the fixed handles on the antigona would bother me. I’ve got the speedy b25 and I like that the handles don’t stick straight up when using it crossbody

Your boy bag doesn’t fit anything bc u have that liner inside. I have 2 of them in the old medium and new medium and they fit significantly more than ur chanel affinity. I sold my affinity bc it wouldn’t fit anything and boy seems so much roomier. Try taking the liner out

I absolutely love the YSL sunset bag. I have the cream version and I LOVE it 😍
The short part of the YSL Loulou’s strap is a wristlet. The newer models don’t have that feature, having a continuous strap instead.
