I was Born and Raised in Chicago and I'm old enough to have enjoyed every Championship of that Era! And in '98 I lived in Indianapolis, IN and I was the most Hated person in my apartments! I was Bulls Crazy and We let them know Chicago was in the Building! I got a chance to attend a Playoff Game and it was the most electric experience in my life! This Era in the NBA was the Greatest ever!

@Dywane Carter that literally doesn't make sense. Stop crying because i corrected your errors with facts. Nothing funny about lying on somebodies hard earned accomplishments. Reggie Miller is great enough with his original stats. He doesn't need you to lie on him to be one of the great!!! As great as Michael was and deserved the focus of the series, without just the right role players, this story has a different turn. The key shots at pivotal moments by guys like Paxon and Kerr and Kukoc cannot be overvalued. And then certainly without Scotty, none of it happens. So yes, MJ is the goat, but not just any group of players around him would have led to the same ending.

@Jamal Greasy Yes, but not like the greatest supporting cast like those Bulls HOFers juggernaut (probably the most near adaption of the 60s Russell Celtics in the modern era, and the KD Warriors superteam of course, though to me the Bulls were the Warriors of the 90s and the greatest teammates/team, not a superteam).
And, especially, they get bashed for it by Jordan stans (who also think he was alone on the Bulls), because he gets to coast with the greatest teammates vs the weakest West competition of ganged up stars but all the other new or old great players got to carry and vs all-time competition.

@@cmonnow6141 I'm talking about a championship level: In the documentary they acted like when they were up 3 with like 6 minutes left with a jump ball they had a shot to win... that shows the low mentality of the Pacers. Plus, 1994, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2004 they had their shots to win but choked it up - Reggie Miller wasn't a good leader or even great; just underachieved. As far as the Pacers, why didn't they win in 1999 or 2000? I mean they had more experience than the Knicks or Lakers... get it done, right? It's about winning titles...instead that team choked and couldn't win and were NEVER a threat to Chicago (the Bulls had to make it seem that way because they too were weak)...but the Pacers should have had like 3 titles during that time - get that thing done in 1999 or 2000 or even in 1998, they could have won... look at that game 5... game 5 in 1998 showed us the Pacers were a joke... plus how the Pacers won their home games by little shows the Bulls were joking with them.

@Dennis The Comic Novel Monitor Nichols Did you watch that actual series? I was in my 20's during that time and nobody thought the Pacers could win because of how they won and how Chicago played them - the Bulls never took them serious.... See, here's what Jordan does, he tries to elevate himself by making weak competition look like great competition knowing they are no competition just to make himself look like he overcome some great daunting task while elevating guys on a low level like Ewing, Miller, Malone/Stockton... that's what Jordan does... but losing to the Pistons and Isiah Thomas 3 times while only winning 1 time... oh he hates Isiah due to not getting a handshake - stop it... so he makes the Knicks, Pacers, and Jazz look like they are daunting tasks when those teams were mentally weak like Jordan 10; those other teams 4... not even close.... Once he got past Detroit and the Pistons broke up that championship roster, it was all #23 and everyone else never knew how to win at a high level - now someone has to be in the NBA Finals vs. Jordan but those are the same guys that were losing in the first and second round when the Lakers, Celtics, and Pistons were competing for titles and then the Bulls came afterwards... so those Jordan - led teams were the best in their class of lower tier teams: Cleveland, NY, Indiana in the East and Portland, Houston, Utah, Phoenix, and Seattle in the West... those teams were mush when the Lakers/Celtics/Pistons were competing.

I'm telling you, that series could have gone either way.i honestly thought the pacers were gonna win that game 7. MJ didn't really dominate that series like at all, he actually played pretty bad , it was more of a team effort than anything that got them over the pacers. That's why I've said it before and I'll say it again , if they wouldn't have broken up the team that year ,they most likely would not have won the next year and we would look at Michael jordan way different.its almost like it was destiny for that team to be broken up that year , that's what made michael jordan career so god like. And this is coming from a huge michael jordan fan.
