While it is unfortunate that Shinji was grouped in with these two, I'm just happy I was able to form groups with every character, which was my main goal in the end. And it's not like Shinji doesn't have anything in common with the other characters either. I do agree that if it were Ryoji instead, it would make a big difference. It is what is though, and I'd like to think I did a good job with what I was given.
These videos were meant to embrace that dance battle feel, but also to showcase every character (and for me to show off P4D again XD). So that's why arcanas weren't mainly used as a factor for grouping, in order to ensure each character was able to have a group without the need to use a character more than once. There was some special videos though like the PQ mashup and the Lotus Juice focused video. Although, technically Miku is the only one left in the end without a dance partner... Anyway, hopefully you all enjoyed these videos and also all the videos of P3D and P5D. It's a lot and we're certainly nearing the end of it, with a few DLC songs remaining. So if you're getting tired of it, then we're almost done. If you liked it though, there's the English release to look forward to next year. As always, thank you everyone for watching and enjoying! :)

I like how both Adachi and Akechi mirror the protagonist’s moves during fever, symbolizes they’re the same with the other protag counterpart but they lack one crucial thing, Bonds of Friendship
I agree tbh!! Although its interesting to me how Adachi actually poses with Yu at the end before going back to his usual dancing (It could symbolise his somewhat acceptance of bonds again thanks to Yu, along with Dojima visiting him at the end of P4A).
Then theres Akechi who pushes away those bonds at the end of the climax, as his expressions change to some of determination and focus (maybe foreshadowing of his final act to save Joker and the others). Then his final face and pose put me off, like its symbolising his sudden death.

The only adult, the only one intentionally committing crimes, (and for the evulz, not for a goal or by accident) the only one who didn't get an uncontrollable Persona early on in their youth, the one who unquestionably lived (whether he deserved it or not.) Shinji and Akechi are two sides of the same broken youth ace archetype, it's just Shinji (comparing himself to the queen Mitsuru and his too-perfect brother Akihiko) tried to redeem his mistakes through hermitage and sacrifice, while Akechi (literally alone with only his psycho persona *LOKI)* tried to just go all in on his mistakes, to make the ends justify the means. Adachi's just a killer who killed because he was freakin' BORED.

I think one thing they had in common was loneliness, or seclusion. Akechi, of course, but Aragaki distanced himself from others by choice. Adachi rejected "bonds", disgusted with them until the end of P4AU.

Out of the three Adachi wins In my opinion. 1. He's the only one with a sick remix of the original song the others sounds like there all the originals 2. He's dancing is far more sporadic and matches with the song better. But that's my opinion.

Spoilers for P4 and 5
Adachi is arguably the better detective, while Akechi is the better killer. Adachi panicked seeing the dead body of the woman he pushed in the TV, and hesitated pulling the trigger to shoot Yu. Akechi on the other hand, isn’t an actual detective but wouldn’t hesitate actually killing someone. Adachi let the shadows do it. Akechi did it himself.
I mean, it depends. If Akechi was in the real world I doubt he would be better than Adachi, since in P4AU it is revealed he was at the top of his class in handgun training at the academy he was at. And by the time Adachi “hesitated” shooting Yu, he wanted excitement in his own words and regular revenge is boring. So he wanted a great fight and see how far the entire Investigation Team would go through Magatsu Inaba just to get to him. Also Adachi’s Arcana is Jester, which the number is 0. Now the Fool 0, doesn’t know he is a fool, where as the Jester acts like a fool, but is actually competent. Which made people wonder among the fandom if Adachi forced himself to vomit, especially considering there was no signs of physical trauma, to “throw people off” the trail of people even suspecting Adachi could’ve been behind considering he acts like a bumbling idiot.

Team DLC Spoilers Boys. My favorite for this is still Adachi, my favorite villain. The song they choose for him are incredibly fitting, still remember when they use the song as Yu and Adachi combine their power during the climax in P4 Arena Ultimax. Also his fever time with Yu is awesome, really shown the two sides of Izanagi.

As for Akechi...he can choke on those pancakes. But he still kinda good in the end.

I was going to say the unintentional antagonist gang, buuut Adachi. Akechi was raised being manipulated into killing Shido's opponents, and Wakaba as she had research which Shido needed, and Shinjiro killed Ken's mother by accident
when we thought akechi died turns out he was in his palace dancing and only left once persona 5 royale came out
