Are article and news article two different things?

Sir! What about the length difference between article and Feature? Secondly articles specific time py publish kiye jaty hyn?
Article almost 1500-2000 words, Feature contains more photographs so 800-1000 words enough, if Article is related with a special occasion then it should be published around that date.
