Here some helpful details to keep in mind for this detachable train project
- I used a similar coloured crepe backed satin from my wedding dress to make the train
- I used about 12 metres of fabric for this train
- For the lace trim, I used about 4 metres
- I only used the hook & bar set on the side seams to attach the train to the dress
- This train added some extra glam and drama to my wedding outfit

I cut two layers of the long train, stitched them together around the edges and turned them inside out.
So do you use the same needle when you sew the nylon and the lace
