Coop Can Cook I Can concur this. I made it using your method and it lasted good 2 months. Though one should be quick enough to pour the required stock for cooking and put 'em back again to the fridge.

It's Crab Boil, same as Shrimp and Crab Boil. Zatarain's - it's liquid.
