The wax covered the stick and the turppentine is trapped inside the stick. Break the stick into and light the broken ends where the spark gets to the turpentine first. I make these a lot and that's what works for me

I have been looking into Faux-Fatwood recipes and I think the best one is to use melted wax and let the wood soak it up.
Nice one mate seems to light and burns well...
Yeah it burns but easier ways to make this I think but it was just an idea
