Always thought it was odd mechanics that some other "entity" casting a random spell whether it's this weapon or Yogg, will overload you who was not casting it.
To be fair, it's consisent though, anything besides mana in a cards cost is dealt to the one who currently controls yogg, and this isn't always a downside. Life steal spells heal you, they can take advantage of your spell power, you get the mana crystals instead of the entity.
Oh I get that it's consistent, my dislike of the mechanic is that the overload is something that is tied into the card due to the mana cost of the card. It's like getting a loan against future mana to cast an OP card now. But with that said the actual mana cost of the cards are irrelevant however you're still on the hook for the loan.
No, because then Kibler couldn't pop the block. He might have killed it with Maelstrom Portal, but there's a chance that would still summon a 1 health minion. It wouldn't have made a difference in this case, but it would have been a better play than pinging face. (Also, it's Icy Touch, not Fireblast.)
Huh. So Runespear isn't that bad. It's a little like Primordial Glyph, or something like that, just gives you options and opportunities to use stuff that you can't fit in your deck.
Well, for one, glyph is busted. It's not good, it's busted. :P Two, Runespear is not only a 3 attack weapon with 3 charges, but it is *one* card, with *3 casts*, which is considerable value. I'm not gonna argue it's super good, I'm just saying that it's actually not that bad, and that Glyph is *very* good, so bad comparison. Rune is probably a card you should dust for most players though.
I mean, if any weapon was strictly bad, then: 1) Blizzard has plans to enable that class coming rotation 2) The community will backlash and Blizz will feel guilty (it's working so far!) So none of the legendary weapons are bad. And if you think they are, just realize: They're not.
I would argue that it actually is. Sure, it's another board clear option for Mage, and one that can be used earlier than existing options, but it's done in a fair way. A lot of Mage's best cards, like Frostbolt, Secrets, and Glyph, can't be easily run in the same deck as it because they lower the potential damage that it can do to pitiful levels. And because it hits all minions, they can't take advantage of the lower cost to put it in an early-game tempo deck.
Most of the legendary weapons seem really weak. Which is "fine" since you don't want every legendary to be a meta warping powerhouse but it's also really, really lame given how infrequent these are bound to be and how many F2P player statistically got weak ones as their one free legend for the season.

It wasn’t like that, they changed it back when they nerfed Yogg
And yet it doesn't count for literally any other casting mechanic like gadgetzan auctioneer or mana addict.
It *is* weird, I'm not a fan of it.

Gotten used to classical music, its so weird watching kibler on twitch without it
I'd like to see more of this deck and more of spell hunter. They're both so fun to watch
I would be happy if i never saw another spell Hunter in my life.
you're still on about this? if the deck's so broken why isn't it tier 1?
Mage should have fireblasted their own 2/2 twice to summon a water elemental
kibler wouldve punched it instead of face prob

kibler has indeed a great musical taste
9:32 long video, that's how you know this guy has integrities
This deck seems really fun. I would like to see him play around with eternal sentinel with this deck.
The scream of *O H M Y G O D* was when I almost became deaf lol Great match tho! :D
Been waiting for a Spellstone Spear deck. Seem like really fun cards haha
Kibler is the peanut to my butter
Huh. So Runespear isn't that bad. It's a little like Primordial Glyph, or something like that, just gives you options and opportunities to use stuff that you can't fit in your deck.
OnimaxBlade Glyph is good because it’s only two mana. Tune spear is 8 mana which makes it a lot worse.
Well, for one, glyph is busted. It's not good, it's busted. :P

Glyph was Un'goro right? So it is also this rotation?
No old gods and mean streets and i think karazhan will rotate un goro and frozen throne are good
I would have raged so hard at that pyroblast clear
Golden Darkness and Tangerine my two favorites
1.10
4 mana 20/20, so op
i thought it was a 22/22?
Dragons fury is F U N A N D I N T E R A C T I V E
Such a strong card, and epic rarity too. ;_;

It’s not that strong. I’ve been messing with it and I usually die to a lot of aggro decks due to the lack of glyph and frostbolts.
It's like Dragonfire Potion, but sort of random part. It's not broken or "fun and interactive". Fun and interactive are pirate, jade or razanus decks.
hurr durr B U Z Z W O R D I N MEME FORMATTING
I like big things too KappaPride
I started watching your vids because you have a cool personality and you act so professional. Then I saw your wife and Im hooked
OMG! Crazy deck!! Excelente!!!
Really glad Runespear lets you choose, I honestly assumed it just cast like Yogg
You mean the discover , right? Cuz the targets are still random like Yogg.
It's still kinda shit
Very cool to see this deck in action, Shaman has not worked for me and I may just wait for the next expansion before going back at this point sadly.
Wait I've seen this already?

Damn dude :/ I got hunter's and at first I was salty af. Turns out it's kinda decent since I opened 2 crushing walls and 1 to my side.
