How could someone think this? As a Jew I feel extreme sympathy for these people. This Corey reporter is wicked and biased in his reactions to these people who have lost everything. His translator purposely gets things wrong to make Palestinians seem aggressive. And he says people are lying during their own interviews! Corey has no self respect or respect for others clearly.

Then research Albert Pike “3 world wars” He’s a 33rd degree Freemason and Multi billionaire in todays standards. And he describes all 3 world wars including the conflict that began the 3rd a few days ago. 11:34 she only said “Mukawma” which means “resistance” so when you translate it in the subtitle, you should translate it as it is without adding the word “violent” next to it.
@@justinstewart4889And you know that how exactly? To resist can mean many things… resistance in defense, resistance in protesting, resistance in creating media content, and the list goes on. It doesn’t have to be violent.
He restated the question right afterwards and she clarified that she supported violent resistance. She wasn't sure if she felt that only against soldiers or even civilians, she said she guessed only soldiers.
@BK-bs2eb she said "maybe army" but if you already are not sure what the person is asking it's hard to answer correctly. Will give the interviewer a break though because he probably didn't understand what she said either.
Important notes to put into context: This is filmed in the West Bank, where Israel (with minimal co-operation of the Palestinian Authority) has control, and because of that control Hamas doesn't rise and take over the West Bank like they did in Gaza. In the West Bank there are more (or equal, depends on different polls and different times) Hamas supporters than PA supporters, basicaly a bad option and a worse option. Corey films his videos in areas where he is safe to do so, where generally support for Hamas is not as big. There are many areas in the West Bank that Corey rarely enters, and wouldn't dare ask a controversial questions while there, where Hamas is emphatically admired and pro-Hamas terror cells emerged. For example Jenin Brigades, The Lion's Den, all operating in Jenin a very large city where the Palestinian Authority doesn't have any control or power, and it is used as a Hamas headquarters in the West Bank. Despite the bloody rivalry between Hamas and the PA, there are no ordinary Palestinians actively acting against Hamas. The PA struggles to deny them control over Ramallah and parts of Bethlehem and some other places, but in most of the West Bank no Palestinian would dare act against Hamas. When Hamas took over Gaza in ~2007, they did so through murdering PA members, resulting in hundreds of dead including women and children in a very brief period. Ismail Hania one of Hamas's leaders, is notorious for tracking PA members who dared co-operate with Israel, torturing and killing them brutally.
Corey published a video last year where he interviewed people in Jenin, called "Why are there refugee camps in Palestine?" Search his channel for "Jenin" and there will be many hits. It is true that it is difficult for Corey to go to Gaza, and quite possibly unsafe. It is relatively safer in the West Bank.
@@skoosharama "many areas in the West Bank that Corey would never dare enter, much less ask controversial questions" If you watch Corey's videos you will rarely see interviews from within Jenin. Corey knows that asking the wrong questions in Jenin could have deadly results, so on the rare occasion he did go in there, the questions will have no controversial connotations. He also talks about it occasionaly in his videos. Still, "would never" is an exaggeration so I edited it.

Since the Hamas taken over of the Gaza, more than $30bn has been donated to the Palestinians in Gaza from around the world, and if those money were being used to develop the Gaza's land instead of building tunnels and manufacturing rockets; Gaza wouldn't have been the open prison as they're calling it and also, the Palestinians wouldn't have had any needs of Israelis passage, for them to be free people.
To buy what? You know Israel continues to manage what gets inside and what doesn’t. Besides a genuine question, would Israel want a state of Gaza that is strong and industrious as you have mentioned? There is a huge hatred goes for both ways, Israel can not step back, they wouldn’t want a Gaza that is strong. because they know they are the ones who nourished the Terror in Palestine for years. And If There were to be a peaceful Gaza. They will attack Israel immediately. If we were to ask them would they agree on Palestinian(Arabic and Islamic) elements to be removed from Israel? They are planning to forcefully migrate the people in Gaza to south. Even Sinai desert(It was an Israeli official who stated this). The gentleman at 2:30 is a gem. Also, major props to the brave man at 18:00 voicing displeasure at the other Arab countries for not helping in the struggle with Israel.
they also know that every arabic state that tried to help Palestinian refugees only got terror cells in them. in jordan, egypt and syria, most of the Palestinians were massacred (as is the way of the middle east). read about the black September and similar events. it became known that gazans are a pressure pot of terrorism.
The guy at 18:00 is wrong though. The Arab leaders did indeed try to help him, they invaded in 1948 and again in 1967. They did try, but they lost. Too bad for him I guess.
What about the Palestinian peoples struggle against Hamas and terrorist government leaders in general within the Arab world ? What of that? Is it inconsequential? You only mention their: "struggle with Israel." Who I might point out is currently LIBERATING them from Hamas. Which would have occured REGARDLESS of the October 7th hostages that were taken. Is that going to be condemned (as in Israel being condemned) by the Palestinians as well? I think not, because we're starting to see the Gazan Palestinians reaction towards Hamas and it's one of OUTRAGE. Which, is EXACTLY what it should be.
I mean, that's a blatent lie. in 1948 war Israel was against all 4 Arab countries surrounding it plus militias from Saudia, Iraq, Yemen so on. 56 again, 67 again, 73 against Egypt and Syria, Israel still gets bombarded from Lebanon. he's not brave he's a moron. the first sentence he says he's pro all violence in the struggle second second he wants peace. he says it's okay for china to torture other people because China is old lol the guy is not the sharpest tool in the shed.
That was back when Israel was less offensive, and settlements were to some point slowed down. Peace really works with Palestinians, Israeli governments don't believe in it.
This was definitely a more peaceful time in their history, a lot of the violence had subsided and generally the Israeli government started to be more accepting of the Palestinians and giving them IDs in their country (not full citizens or rights though), that's why you hear that one guy say the bombings of busses and stuff is no more because really there is a massive imbalance in power and the efforts to incorporate Palestinians into Israeli society gave some people hope and a way out from the endless cycle of violence. However ever since Netenyahu was re-elected the settlements program was funded far more heavily and the general life of Palestinians started being squeezed tight again. Especially considering one of the people in Netenyahu's cabinet, Ben Gvir had Goldstein's picture (the guy responsible for the 1994 Hebron massacre) in his house before being elected, not exactly someone who would see Palestinians anything less than a subjected people, and he's in charge of National Security.

Also don't assume that Israel is a homogenous monolith with a single opinion on the matter. The balance of power is much heavier on the Israeli side, which makes peace for their government superfluous but it is not a given that this will stay this way for ever, I just hope soon enough. The noble goal of peace is a challenge, we should all get better to achieve it, but holding to grudges and anger is not helping. @@Physiker17I agree with you about grudges, but I do believe anger is not always unhealthy. Anger is far better than apathy. I’m sorry I assumed your origins and I can’t imagine what living in South Lebanon must have been like. I’m also aware that not all Israelis support this government or war. But is that enough? A good example is my home country Sri Lanka, where we have been ruled by nationalists who belong to the major demographic since we gained Independence: Sinhala Buddhist. We had a civil war for 30 years between the government and a militant group that was fighting for a separate homeland for Tamils, a minority ethnic group. Many Sinhalese voted in these leaders as long as it meant their supremacy was guaranteed. But last year, when our economy crashed and we didn’t have electricity or fuel and ran out of everything from paper to medicine and everyone regardless of race or religion was affected, the public decided to open their eyes finally to the corruption and oppression, which led to riots and the president being ousted. But this didn’t come with liberation for minority Tamils and Muslims, the latter whom were the targets for scapegoating in the years after the war. Freedom for the majority has always meant freedom for just them, not the oppressed. This is what I’ve seen and heard from most Israelis today: against a right wing government to protect their own freedoms but how many of them are protesting the illegal settlements? How many are protesting children being bombed? How many of them have not centered their anti government protests on the safe return of hostages? A handful of activists don’t count. Jews living outside Israel have shown far more solidarity and compassion. Which is why I’m not sure peace can only be achieved by either the Netanyahu regime or Hamas falling. It has to come from Israelis first viewing Palestinians as equals, deserving of their liberation, lands and dignity. This is why the Palestinian resistance is so symbolic for oppressed groups living around the world. Sorry this is long lol.

The Arabs who need permits to enter Israel are those from the territories coming into Israel. But in any case, when the PA and Hamas are promoting jihadist terrorism and when we see a history of deadly terrorism including suicide bombings, it’s not racist to protect yourself. The security restrictions become necessary including the need for permits. This has zero to do with racism, considering the fact that Arabs Israelis have equal rights and don’t need permits. Our depends on who is saying it and context. They were talking about the "violent struggle" so it makes more sense
Important notes to put into context:
This is filmed in the West Bank, where Israel (with minimal co-operation of the Palestinian Authority) has control, and because of that control Hamas doesn't rise and take over the West Bank like they did in Gaza.
@@skoosharama "many areas in the West Bank that Corey would never dare enter, much less ask controversial questions"
If you watch Corey's videos you will rarely see interviews from within Jenin. Corey knows that asking the wrong questions in Jenin could have deadly results, so on the rare occasion he did go in there, the questions will have no controversial connotations. He also talks about it occasionaly in his videos.
Still, "would never" is an exaggeration so I edited it.

@@EfeGarza Pretty sure all his videos are either in Israel or the West Bank.

@@BohoBeads While I understand your point and maybe frustration, what I meant was the prospect of peace. While many people are locked in looking at the past or only blamig the other side; this kind of videos show the nuances, which are often hidden from the eye of the public on the other side. My hope is that by listening, maybe the next generation might have a better grasp and solution, without humiliation, military occupation and blame.
@@Physiker17 You don’t achieve peace by simply holding hands and listening to each other. That’s naiive, at best. And also coming from a place where you haven’t experienced being colonized or oppressed. Do you really think Israel has any interest in listening to Palestinians let alone anyone? The millions of people calling for a ceasefire? The many leaders and humans rights organizations who have called Israel an illegal occupation on most of the lands it controls? How is Hamas a terrorist organization, while the IDF gets to torture, imprisons and kill Palestinians senselessly? Do you really think someone who interviews a handful of Palestinians can give you a full idea of the Palestinian experience and what it means to accomplish peace, when there’s no context to why there is a Hamas in the first place. I’m not dismissing your wish for peace - that should be all work towards. I just wish it was easier for people in the West to understand that we won’t just sit and accept peace on their terms and definitions.
@@BohoBeads True and I agree with you to some extent. But also don't assume my background because of my views. I lived in South Lebanon for 10 years and have family there, I experienced Israeli bombardements first hand, although not to the extend of the people in Gaza of course. Also don't assume that Israel is a homogenous monolith with a single opinion on the matter. Besides the point of those videos is not to give you neither the full Palestinian nor the full Israeli experience, is to give you an insight. The balance of power is much heavier on the Israeli side, which makes peace for their government superfluous but it is not a given that this will stay this way for ever, I just hope soon enough. The noble goal of peace is a challenge, we should all get better to achieve it, but holding to grudges and anger is not helping. I am not saying I don't understand your anger or frustration, I am saying holding so tight to it, won't change anything in the long term.
I find it a bit strange that you try to convince them with your arguments instead of just letting them express themselves? e.g. you kept on pushing the guy to make a connection with bombings and Israel not permitting Palestinians to visit Jerusalem. There are the original words that he's saying (in white writing). But there is another 'narrative' if you like, transposed on top in a different font, also in English (white lettering on black background) which gives a different account. It appears almost as if the text on top is saying something different which someone else wants us to hear? This begins at 4:02
This is extremely annoying! Who wrote this nonsense? I want to hear what the man is saying without being distracted by the other words written on top which are not his words.
I am very puzzled.
They want their country to be free. How could that happen if they don't want to fight for their freedom? USA people always say why don't they try to fight for their freedom in peace? Hello... their government has been trying to get their freedom and talking in international meetings for 75 years. But nothing changes. Have you ever been in their position? Never. I'm struck by how many of the respondents' first comment is 'They are Palestinians". Is this an indication of tribal loyalty - that their affiliation is the most important thing about them?
90% of hamas comprise of children orphaned by IDF. Ofcourse they are palestinians and they have right to resist too
As a Muslim who has met many Palestinians and arabs from other nations, also lived in Egypt for a time, yes that is exactly what they are getting at.
However, the flip side of it is never thought of. "they are Palestinian" indicates an allegiance, however, when the bombs drop and/or rounds fly they are innocent from firing missiles or rockets so they should not be held accountable for hamas' crimes.
And this blind allegiance comes from a desire to survive!!

I'm with Israel, but yes, that dude spoke massive truth. Something for everyone to ponder, and act upon.
As a Jew, the state of Israel is nothing but a totalitarian regime. I feel so bad for these Palestinian people, but they won’t give up until the new world order is established. This Corey guy is trying to be “unbaised” but in reality it just shows his glaring lack of understanding for the Palestinian people
"They dont feel no connection...."
As a person whose family member was ON one of those buses, I can tell you that WE still care!
And how is that guy responsible for what happened??? That's like if we Americans banned all Arabs from our country or made them get permits because of 9/11. Give me a break with your racism.
I'm sorry for your loss. Be safe!
@@alizard9228how is Israel supposed to tell who is a good guy or not?! Also Arab citizens have equal rights. The Arabs who need permits to enter Israel are those from the territories coming into Israel. The fact is that if Israel is expected to create a “Palestinian” state (which I oppose), isn’t it hypocritical for them to also have unlimited access to Israel?! Also Israel did issue more permits for Gazan labourers to work in the kibbutzim near the border Gaza. And plenty of them worked as spies for Hamas and aided Hamas in the brutal massacres of October 7. The fact that you turn this into some self-righteous rhetoric about racism shows how ignorant you are.

The answer is, natives were restricted, displaced and under occupation far far before hamas was even an idea. None of those resistance groups existed before zionist militias began slaughtering villages. You cannot blame the problem on something that resulted from the problem.
Zionists slaughtering ? Since when ? They were minding their business working in Kibutz . Arabs received jew migrants with HATRED and RACISM after they escaped Holocaust.
Arab Palestinian used to attack Israeli populations and kill non military people (which they still do) .
As a Jewish person when you see your civilians being killed what do you do ? Sit , cry and let them kill your civilians until no jews are left there ?.
Palestinian arabs hate jews and they deny Jewish history being connected to Jerusalem.

I live in the uk, i can't leave without my passport, should i call it a prison ? Ridiculous.
All people living in Africa etc have it hard to leave their countries, it is not just them
15:38 the Palestinians comment here is kind of filly because if you dig in the ground he’s on you’ll find Jewish/hebrew artifacts showing that they were there and Palestine is a relatively new country to make comparisons to China
"They are baby killers. How would you respond???" menacing comments towards Israel. 2 seconds later "When I ask for permit to go, they refuse. Why do they refuse????" Ironic
17:48 respect to the man, 100% right!
israel got support from the USA, England etc. and we don't support our Brothers and sister then. Im very sorry when someone has right you just have to admit it.
Why don't you support them by allowing them to come live within your borders? There's only about 2 million living in Gaza and there's no less than 50 Muslim majority countries. If each country took 40,000 people, none of your brothers and sisters, living in Gaza, would have to be returned to what he says equates to an open air prison? and by the way, why was turkey the only Arab country to take any of the Syrian refugees? I mean since you have to stand by one another and show your allegiance to one another, why wouldn't you care every bit as much about the Syrians?
@@Whoknowsme007Then why don’t you pack up and move to Europe or America? By the way Turkey is not an Arab country, it seems like Jews have a hard time differentiating between “Muslim” and “Arab”. Turkey is also a secular country, unlike Israel.
Turkey is a secular country? Really? Ask that to Turkish people. You have a clergy man going up the minbar with a sword in hand. So you should justify who has the power , has right to rule. Shouldn't you?
@@tamayaytam Turkey is secular by constitution. Israel doesn't even have a constitution because the halakhah is the law of Israel. This is religious law, not secular. its not about taking the people to other muslim countrys you don't got the point. It's about supporting. This being filmed in 2013 its really wonderful to watch your perspective evolve over time. You don’t always interject with follow up questions, but when you do, you reveal your perspective. In this video it seems clear to me that you are open to hearing what everyone has to say but still have a head full of israeli talking points. This isn’t an accusation, at all. Watching the ones you shot more recently, especially in israel, its really clear that you’ve gotten a much different perspective. Its wonderful to watch that happen.
These videos are useless... Sorry. There absolutely can not be realistic expectation for these people to answer truthfully with their faces being recorded. Are you serious???? If anything, this is humiliating, and I'm saying that as someone very much pro-Israeli.
Really sad to see this video. A lot of those interviewed refused to see things from Israel's perspective. I can understand why a middle ground between both parties can never be realised. Negotiations are a two way street.
The complexity is much higher than two parties:
Arabs against Jews
Muslims against Jews
21 Arab countries against Israel
56 Muslim countries against Israel
Islam vs. Judaism
Shia vs. Sunni
Iran vs. Turkey vs. KSA vs. Egypt
USSR/Russia vs. USA East vs. West
Partial list of drivers of this conflict.
it's always like this. I saw a video of Muslims complaining about Christianity that it ruined it for Islamic missionaries in the West. But this isn't true. The Islamic terrorism, misogyny, authoritarianism, sharia etc. is what ruined it for Islamic missionaries in the West. They can't see it :D
These people were much more understanding and called fpr peace then the Jewish people he interviewd who mostly said this lnad is our birthright

If the last three generations of your family have been living under such extreme oppression I can understand it though. Hamas obviously is doing shitty things but there is no option besides standing with Palestine here. The state of Israel is a fascist settler colonialist one that's engaging in methods we know from the genocide of native americans and the south african apartheid. Hamas doing shitty things does not take away from Israel being the prime evil here. When Hamas murders civillians from time to time Israel has to just sit there , watch and do nothing?
Such a heartbreaking video

why does youtube give completely different subtitles from what is being said
the interviewer doesn't see the 'connection' between bombings and settlements and taking of resources, which was happening before the bombings
It pains these people to admit that Hamas had bought them more pain and sufferings.
The only person that has brought any suffering has been Israel. Hamas would not exist were it not for Israel. The sooner the Palestinians are in charge, the sooner Hamas dissolves.
Hi Corey, I think someone added a subtitle which says some stuff I don't think you'd want there. You might wanna check that out.

The interviewer is so entitled and clearly biased. You can see he never experienced occupation and brutal apartheid regime a day in his life. He talks about violent resistance and tries to make them look like savages. There is no such thing as violent resistance. Only resistance. When a woman gets raped and resists do we condemn her for violent resistance?? Hypocrites. May the palestinian free themselves. Long live the resistance.
Unfair reporter, you ask people live in Jerusalem while you know as the people live in West Bank
The thing that really grinds ny gears sbout this whole situation is how the Palestinians refuse to take accountability for anything. They cry victim For everything, when they are the ones who created the situation for themselves. Honestly even now i hope israel continues their campaign until gaza cries out condemnation for Hamas.
What of Israel. Why are they trying to play innocent when they are actually not. Both sides are faulty period
I agree, I have stayed in the West Bank, talked to many Palestinians and I understand the issue with settlers. Even Western Christians, who have monasteries and other properties in the area testify to this. But the professional victim stance is just off putting. This was land that was neglected before the state of Israel. Jews begin to grow and develop it long before Israel and suddenly there are pogroms, you align yourself with Hitler and declare that it belongs to you. Not believable!
"I'm not allowed to cross the border" but you say you don't want Israel occupation in Gaza, which it isn't, but let's say hypothetically it is...why do you want to go to Israel? Why do you not want a wall? Gaza is Sea front property...just focus on that and make it better. They just want to take over what all the Israelis have worked so hard to improve.
