Definitely the one of the most positive celebrities portrayals in South Park period. Usually they tend to overexaggerate celebrities and make them out as crazy monsters. But they actually portray Cesar Millan as he did in the Dog Whisperer and as a total badass here being one of VERY few people to get one over Cartman. Even better that Cesar himself reacted to this episode and, naturally, loved every moment of it lol

The end result was Cartman’s mom making the wrong choices. Whenever it came to Caesar, Cartman got wrecked each time.

I love that the creators respect Cesar enough to make an exact copy of him in South Park, and have him succeeding in training Cartman.

The difference between Caesar and other adults who have attempted to discipline Cartman is that Caesar simply does not respond to Cartman's provocations. Which is easier said than done and obviously requires a whole lot of self control that most other characters in this world don't have.
And the fact he doesn't really give Cartman time to really get them going before just Tssting him
On the dvd commentary for this episode Matt Stone says he was at a friend’s house and their kid really did this! Little shit dumped spaghetti on the floor and started skating in it, and his parents were just like “Oh look how creative he is!
I remember one time my mom said we would go to the ice skating rink and then went back on her promise, so I broke a bunch of eggs on the kitchen floor and slid around in my socks.
