Update: today after such a long time we have court!! and we can possibly be getting our items from the house so hopefully something happens ^-^ update: yeah he ended up getting away the only good thing is, the house is FINALLY hopfefully being sold sooon.. and we might be able to get our items soon, but yeah.. they say he is severely mentally ill and can't go to jail basically, when he hasn't been diganose or even believes in mental health. I got angry and said "So, as a person who as an array of mental health illnesses i can't go to jail" they didn't really know what to say besides "thats not how it works" so i lost faith in the system now ._.
