Ghana has about 8O something Tribes and all of em have a One or Two Festival.. My Favourite I learned from School is the Aboakyire Festival (Means The capture of Animal).. The History Behind it is so Nice.. It Went from the sacrifice of Human to the sacrifice of Lions then later had to Consult the then gods to change it to the Sacrifice of Now Deer (Is it deer or Antelope) .. But it is Facinates me really..
Then the Ewes own is also very Beautiful ,it about how the Escaped from the Evil King and how they walked Backwards to Mislead the king into thinking they were going the opposite Direction..
THANKS FOR THE REVISION OF MY SCHOOL DAYS. LOVE YAAL

The reason we have so many festivals is because our people migrated from different parts of Africa to present day Ghana with their culture

befor Crist ther were many gods celebrated as bible told us like for sun, moon, fertility, for victoryon war........In Africa ther are such kind of things under cover of culture. In Ethiopia also ther are such kind of celebrations, since we say we are religious we dont have to celebrat such kind of things its my opinion. We have to be selective.

Shallow history behind these festivals. Good try by the narrator though.

But let's be careful that you don't have to celebrate any of th😮ese festivals which involves some traditional, spiritual things that a Christian shold not have any business with.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT SOME OF THE BELIEFS & PRACTICES TYPICALLY GOES AGAINST THE CHRISTIANS FAITH AND WANTED TO BRING IT ACROSS...
TRADITION IS ONE THING, AND VOODOO STUFF IS ANOTHER THING..🫣👀😒
