I found this interesting, but just wanted to note that the study by Clayton's company could be skewed (i.e., 27% selling directly from their website), mainly in that these participants are their customers, and are likely not newbies and are probably further along in their business trajectory. I *do* think such surveys are worthwhile and it's helpful that they share the data, but it's helpful to also state any study limitations.
