Hailing from the small Texas town of Royse City, this awesome Chevy is the beneficiary of detailed, professional restoration that was conducted by a shop called RPL Customs. That reboot planted solid fiberglass under custom Cadillac Sage Metallic two-stage, sprayed by the pros at Royse City’s own Vastine’s Paint Garage. Under the hood, 6.2 liters of divine GM small block, officially known as the LS376/525, twists respectable 10.7 to 1 compression into 525 horsepower and 486 lb./ft. of torque. Behind that mill, a Chevrolet Performance 4L70E 4-speed spins power to fun, 3.55 gears. Those gears push a sturdy factory chassis that tilts a quartet of RideTech coil-overs between a RideTech TruTurn front-clip and sturdy RideTech MUSCLEbars. Lucid power steering works well with 6-piston Baer calipers, which clamp a quartet of drilled and slotted rotors. Spent gases traverse true-dual pipes to vibrate mean Borla ProXS mufflers. And torque meets the pavement through Billet Specialties G-Specs, which spin 255/40ZR18 Michelin Pilot Super Sports in front of 285/35ZR19 Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Inside this Chevy you’ll find a carefully customized cockpit that wraps modern Ultraleather comfort around timeless Corvette style. Tall bucket seats flash body-matched upholstery at the sides of a simple factory console that’s finished with a polished shifter and cool Vintage Air conditioning. In front of those thrones, a color-keyed dash trims crisp Dakota Digital VHX telemetry next to modern Alpine audio. And the driver laps a stylish billet steering wheel around a tasteful tilt column. Beautiful restomod and clearly a LOT of work went into it. I think it would've looked even better with a tan interior to give the wheels something to compliment. The paint looks incredible but the interior just causes "green overkill". Still a beautiful car though! 👍

It's a beautiful car but my goodness! There are a lot of beautiful cars that can be had for $130K. I'm not sure an 82 Corvette would top that list for me.

Why would they take off the factory wheels?
they are 15, no choice with tires.
How much ? 130K ? Are they on drugs ? About 6 months ago I saw an 82 vette with just as nice a paint job, nicer Interior, front nose and rear deck molded to body,Fiske wheels ,540 merlin motor ,6 speed tremec sell for 35K....It was as nice if not nicer than this one....
