I replaced with salvaged good mosfet but, when powering on by battery (24v), it became shorted again. Is there maybe other problems that needs to be addressed or other parts that needs to be replaced also? Meaning, when changing the mosfets, do i need to change or check other components to ensure that mosfets won't be broken again. Thanks on advance.

I have Must PV1800 VHM. Its full bridge IGBTs 3 of them dead. But two TVS Diodes are also blown, PK51A. There is one IC ULN2003a that's blowing. What might be the issue.

Hello, I have the same inverter. I had already changed 4 igbts , optocouplers and some smd resistors and diodes because it was all burned. I try to start it with a power supply at 24V 5A, but doesn't work and it draws a lot of current . I connected directly with 220v and the lcd lights are on and buzzer plays continuously, and one of two fans try to start but it can't. Can you give a help? Must I use a battery at 24V instead of power supply? How amps draws from a battery ?

My 2.2 kw inverter shows f09 error when the battery voltage shows 29-30v on inverter display. . But mosfet is ok. Battery voltage actual is 25.6v with DMM. What could be the problem. Some times f03 error also appear. Battery is not faulty either.

Yes, you can increase the mosfets to reach the number 10, but this increase helps the inverter to be more stable and bear the full load
