It is not advisable to use ice directly on the face or any other areas of the body. You can wrap it in a cotton cloth or handkerchief and then do massaging for 1 to 2 minutes.

Chechi plzzzz don't use icecubes direct on your face it can damage capillaries . You can cover the cubes with a small cloth or tissue. It's benifical for puffiness. Plz try to use in a proper way. Otherwise it will damage your skin barrier.

Using ice cubes on face directly is not good for your skin. Using ice cubes 2× a day can make your skin super dry! Especially if you have dry skin. It can burn your skin, causes skin irritation, make it very dry and will make your skin more sensitive (if not used properly)
But yes, it does increases blood circulation which is good for your skin. Before using ice, you should wash your face with water and cleanser to wash all those dirt from your face because ice cubes tighten your skin and using ice cubes with the dirt on face will tighten the dirt in skin and cause other problems.
Then, You should wash your ice so that it doesnt burn the skin then you can use a cloth and cover the ice and use it on face for 25-30seconds. Keep it moving! Dont overrub it! And then apply your fav moisturizer!
You can use this 3-5 times a week, if you have dry skin then 2-3 times a week.
