HP Photosmart Plus B210a Problem: white screen

We had bought a HP Photosmart Plus B210a all-in-one printer about two years ago. Suddenly, its screen became white: nothing can be watched. Despite this fact, screen and its buttons can be touched.

Tuve el mismo problema y por la web hay varios que no encontraron solucion ni con el servicio tecnico. Bueno a mi me paso luego de colocar un sistema continuo, antes de eso andaba bien. despues de 2 dias cambie la posicion de las mangueras segun otro tutorial que quitaba la tapa del costado derecho, el tema fue ahi donde vi que habia mucha tinta derramada dentro de un receptaculo donde descanza el cabezal cuando uno la apaga. Lo seque bien y revivio la impresora.
Espero que les sirva a los q tienen este problema de pantalla blanca

HP worst printer company. I now use Epson. Zero worry till now

I agree, their support is worrisome as they do not tell you what error codes mean and nor do they spend any time helping reach a solution. The robot service is the pits

Unfortunately I just experienced the same thing with an HP Envy 4512 Printer...It has worked perfectly for approx a year and a half, now, suddenly today, the touchscreen seems to have "died"...When I start up the printer I can BARELY see that the HP Logo is appearing...I CAN still print, but I have now no way to change settings..The screen is just blue...I have tried unplugging and reconnecting, etc...screen still blue
