This is certainly Far-Out!!! It makes this song unique and makes Rock Music...come alive! I'm glad I was part of the 60's even though no doubt I was in Elementary School. When I would come home from school all I did was listen to the radio. Even though I don't remember this song but it's good to rediscover them here on Y-Tube, on channels such as these.
Lyrics: Look at the sun (look at the sun) As its burning Reach for the breeze (reach for the breeze) As it's turning away Reach for the sky (reach for the sky) As it's drifting Cry for the birds (cry for the birds) As it's lifting away Run for your life Before you lose it Look for our love Before you knew it was gone Stare at the trees (stare at the trees) Shedding Leaves Cry for the leaves (cry for the leaves) In the breeze go away Walk in the darkness (walk in the darkness) Without any light Remember the day (remember the day) Where the sun was bright for you
LYRICS: Look at the suuuun, (Look at the suuuun!) As its burniiiing, And into the breeeeze, (Escort the breeeeze) As its turniiiing, (Awaaaaaaay!) Reach for the skyyyy, (Reach for the skyyyy!) As its driftiiiing, Cry for the biiiirds, (Cry for the biiiirds!) as its liftiiiing, (Awaaaaa-aaaaay!) Run for your liiiiife, be-fooore, you lose iiiiit Look for our looooove, be-fooore, you kneeeew, it was gooooone Stare at the treeees, (Stare at the treeees!) shedding leaves, Cry for the leaaaaves, (Cry for the leaaaaves!) In the breeze, goin' (Awaaaaa-aaaaay!) My thoughts: I would say... “Cry for the birds, as it’s lifting, in the breeze, going away!” and the imagery of leaves shedding and birds lifting in the breeze conveys a sense of change and departure, which aligns with the idea of things turning or going away poetically.
Can someone please write the lyrics, this song sounds so melancholic and the lyrics must be precious (my English is so bad, I just understand a few words)

@@Rousemouse100 ehh not here man cause i actually prefer lo fi raw recordings in all its charm. But this is like lofi digital crunch at a really low sampling rate so it sounds like it being run thru a shitty vocoder. The song is killer and would be cool to hear just a direct rip from the 45. Probably would benefit from a sonic cleaning for sure. Btw if someone is listening to extremely obscure 60s garage rock they are well aware that raw recordings are big part of the sound. I was genuinely asking if anyone had a better copy cause this is aint it. So your response was just condescending and pretentious, no biggie just wanted to point out how it came across. That shit might impress green day fans or some mainstream junk but stating the obvious cliche instead of trying to help with a answer is just annoyin and ignorant.

Lyrics:
Look at the sun (look at the sun)
As its burning
Reach for the breeze (reach for the breeze)
As it's turning away
Reach for the sky (reach for the sky)
As it's drifting
Cry for the birds (cry for the birds)
As it's lifting away
Run for your life
Before you lose it
Look for our love
Before you knew it was gone
Stare at the trees (stare at the trees)
Shedding Leaves
Cry for the leaves (cry for the leaves)
In the breeze go away
Walk in the darkness (walk in the darkness)
Without any light
Remember the day (remember the day)
Where the sun was bright for you

The crunchy/low-fidelity sound is what makes garage rock what it is…
