Hello, I'm one of your client. On the website of RNIP it was stated the program was closed, and those who got the letter submitted the file before 31st August. What happen to those file which was submitted the file in june when the program was opened. They are still waiting

Dear Johny bhai, this is serious question from me. please reply I have applied Sowp and waiting for decision. I have already put enrollment letter & class schedule of 2 semester and she’s now on 4 months break. So there’s no semester and enrollment letter. Will that be problem by ircc saying ‘your spouse is not full time student’ and reject my sowp file. She has study permit till December 2025. All I’m saying is now we don’t have enrollment letter and class schedule for 4 months

What if the person is already inside Canada and wants to change the employer as in new employer? Will that be consider ??
Yes , if your new employer has an approved LMIA and you can change the condition of work permit and move under new employer
How about LMIA based closed work permit extension, NOC code 13110? Will it be approved?

how about high wage LMIA exploit by asking for physical relationship, you can't avoid exploitation. government is aware of everything still choose to indirect abuse immigrants.
This move was really needed to protect rights of foreign workers . Canada immigration is becoming more attentive and taking good steps towards protection of rights of immigrants. This will eventually help a lot of people in future !
