I have never seen that on any stage. How gracefully they sank to their knees to give the audience full sight of Akane for her drum solo. It just shows how much of a team these young women are and how devoid of egos. Most drummers are ignored but Band Maid go out of their way to include Akane throughout the show including the gather round to pull silly faces section. She never misses a beat. They are just a wonderful band with talent off the scale.
It was funny when, after exchanging their usual stage positions, MISA (now being in Kanami's position) imitated Kanami's characteristic move: backward-bend-to-look-behind-her-while-playing-the-guitar. I love how they all have so much confidence in their skills that they feel free to goof-around some while performing.
Hahaha, you observed their position changes very well. Btw, this particular style is very well known in Japan as イナバウアー(Ina Bauer) because of the 2006 Winter Olympics Ice Skating champion, Shizuka Arakawa's performance; ua-cam.com/video/IC8t3nOgVtU/v-deo.html

Akane and Kanami both killed it Monday night in Echo Park. Can't wait to see them again at my next opportunity. The crowd was really cool as well and that doesn't hurt the concert experience. Regards.

Legend has it The Stage Hand was there til Midnight untangling those Guitar Leads, Love This Band..
When I listen to Band-Maid, It reminds me of my high school life 40 years ago.
Great musicians with stage presence who are also a bunch of goofs. Akane kills it again.

In January 2020 I never heard of Band-Maid and now it is February 2020 and I can't go a day without thinking about Band-Maid. Thx for the video.
Same here, but substitute September and December for jan and Feb. I think I have a 90+ day streak and counting.....

This song is always so chaotic on stage!!! And I love it for that!!!
Such a joy to see my pigeon.
I love Band Maid they never compete each other!. 🤗
They complete each other.

The Maidens have so much fun. Thanks Roger.
Great clip.. (Yet, another) Thanks, for uploading👍.
My favorite song on show 👍
A real all for one band mentality - cool!
Misa The Great
Akane, The Beast From The East... Sugoi !!!
with them moving around so much, cableman got a lot of thing to do ahahaha
Tono is the best
NICE!
noticed the technician always freaks out when they start moving around. lol
Well if he gave them radio packs instead of leads, it wouldn't be such a disaster when they all cross paths :-)
Cables are a huge pain in the ass.
But certain venues can be very unfriendly toward wireless.
Isn't Akane's nickname ANIMAL, like in the muppetts?
Miku says, "Go-ri-lla" 😜
I once knew a drummer who had a T-shirt with a picture of Animal on it.
Why BAND MAID no comes to Brazil?
They will ..be prepared !!
There are many of us waiting for these beautiful Goddesses. I'll be waiting...
Maybe they no have tickets. 😝
Did Miku sing a different verse? Because Saiki is looking at Her and then laugh.
No... I think it was because MISA was bending back looking at Miku.
Just like when Kanami does it to Saiki.
Miku and Kanami switched places so Miku was singing from Saiki's left instead if center right.
I’m here for Saiki’s hotness.
Is Saiki's skirt getting shorter? Damn.
You wish...
