@@girlsontheloose1 yes, I am almost 60 and it’s time to retire and enjoy life. I have been to Asia many times, love the weather, the food, the people. I will live in Vung Tau and continue travelling whilst my health is good.
Thanks so much, love your feedback. We're currently looking for a new apartment and we'll be looking at more next week. Then we'll put out a new video showing what choices we had and which one we picked.
I have been looking for apartments quite a bit recently - for Feb-May 2023. Been to Saigon 7 times before and I feel like D4 is my desired area. One thing though, as a solo traveller, a 1000 per month is a bit too steep. 700 tops.
Starting price for a one bedroom is about 600, possibly cheaper if you want to forgo some facilities. Talk to Ahao, tell him your budget and district and he'll find you exactly what you want, I promise. Then let's go for a coffee when you're settled in 🤩
Yeah, it's def a goal to aim for. Truly it's not that hard. Of course you need some savings, and then depending on your situation you need to find a way to earn passive income. We hope you can figure out a way to achieve this. Good Luck!
hello i want a questions. how can i find a cheap price for apartments in Ho chi minh city at District 4? and i will plans to there in June 2023 to August 2023 for three months that's all. also can you link for me which apartments ? thanks
Lots of choices in Ho Chi Minh city and people should know it’s a renters market with landlords renting below their break even point just to fill their units . For example that Marq 3 bedroom unit is a new building and that unit sells for about 800,000 USD So the owner could have just taken the money put in the bank and get a easy 6% interest and make 4000 USD a month on interest Instead they invested in a condo to get 3000 USD a month if they are lucky to rent it out . The math works out like that on most these new condos for rent so makes you wonder why the investors keep buying them ? Obviously they are hoping the price will sky rocket and they will flip but doesn’t look like the market is going to be too healthy in the near future One place I recommend expats check out are the condos in district 4 on the river opposite downtown d1 . They are Nova Land condos and the price is not too expensive perhaps it sounds bad living in d4 but just across the road is the famous historic foot bridge and you can walk to the centre of the city in 10 minutes really nice location

In regards to rentals, have the prices risen dramatically this year in Vietnam? There seems to be several different points of view
@@numurkahtaxis9270 prices have risen from the 'Covid' prices, but most people we talk to think they have pretty much topped out now.

Hi, we are not rental agents, however, we linked a reliable rental agent in the description of this video. Please look there. Thanks.
What were the visa options before covid? They had long term?
No vietnam doesn't have a long term visa unless you're sponsored.
