Amazing. Love how you included Koshi-Uchi mata and Ashi-Uchi mata separately.
One question Eduard: Why do Japanse Judokas do hane goshi when they practise and demonstrate Uchi mata, but in competition they do only Ashi Uchi mata?
good question. I dont know. My only guess would be because Hane-Goashi is super effective when somebody is blocking against your Uchi-Mata. Like Ono did against Legrand in the WC Final 2013.
Would judo or bjj be better for self defense

Jahrelang Judo gemacht und schon fast alles vergessen. Hab trotzdem jeden Griff und Fall mitgespürt 😂 komisch

Geht mir genau so. Hab 10 Jahre lang Judo gemacht, dann kam da plötzlich so ein gewisser Virus dazwischen und seitdem nichts mehr gemacht. Alle gelegentlichen Bruchlandungen hin oder her, es fehlt mir manchmal sehr...

Very good but I don't know what is the best for self defense, judo is good with some self defense moves but free wrestling is move complet with less rules.
Üblicherweise schau' ich videos in 1.5 facher Geschwindigkeit.
Dieses läuft auf 0,5 facher Geschwindigkeit :-)
Kann auch ein ausführlicheres und langsames Video machen 😁

Uchimata Gaeshi is wrong. Osoto Otoshi and Yoko wakare also wrong.
You make no difference between Yoko Otoshi and Tani Otoshi.
You also present techniques outside the gokyo, but you say gokyo in the title.
