Our ranking factors
As is always the case with football, it is a game of opinions. All football fans will have their own thoughts and feelings on any and every topic, and as such, some measures have had to be put in place for our rankings. In order to come up with the list below, we have used the following factors to determine the order:
Longevity
International success
Club success
Technical ability
Goals
Assists
@@rezakhelghati Not very convinced. Zico, in my opinion, is definitely better than Rivaldo, and Didi is better than Rivelino.
Many good players have play for brasil team
Absolutely right, Brazil has always had great players, thank you
I think Zico at least top 5.
Anyway, people can think his contribution for national not much.
Your opinion is respected
Cruyff might be the greatest never to win World Cup..
@@silversurfergw You said a really beautiful sentence
He is
Zico was called white pele
@@gautambanegee5827 Yes, absolutely true, I remember exactly, I think it was in the 1982 World Cup because Zico played so brilliantly, great that you reminded me, thanks
10. Zizinho
09. Ronaldo
08. Romário
07. Domingos da Guia
06. Reinaldo
05. Leônidas da Silva
04. Didi
03. Nílton Santos
02. Garrincha
01. Pelé
@@joelborges4335 This is a great list, thank you
Romario is the number one he is the real Goat
@@jihadmatar354 Romario was really great, thank you for your opinion
Rivaldo and Zico should have been higher up
Your opinion is respected, thank you
🙏👍🏽@@rezakhelghati
Meu top dez seria: Pele,Garrincha,Ronaldo,Zico,Romário,Ronaldinho gaúcho,Neymar,Rivellino,Rivaldo,Jairzinho.
It was an interesting list, but I don't think Neymar can be on the list, with all due respect
@@rezakhelghati why not? Neymar has superior skills and talent than most of greatest ever except Pele, R9, Maradona, R10 and Zidane who else you have in mind and showed superior skills than Neymar. Neymar should be in top 10 Brazilians and Top 20 Globally.
@@yuusufjama With respect to your opinion, there is no doubt about Neymar's skills, he really could have been one of the best in history, but in my opinion, he lacked perseverance and hard work.
@@rezakhelghati As fans, we are confused between success and enjoyment!!. Success is for the club and their owners but for real Fan of the game; the thrill and ecstasy of the entertainment is what I take from each and every game. Which skills and talent would you rather like to possess of R9, Messi and Cr7 not the success but purely their skills and talent?
@@yuusufjama In order for us fans to enjoy the players and their interesting skills and techniques in football, every player should be able to keep himself at the top with training and concentration so that he can stay prominent in professional football for a longer time.
That's a good list.
But the MOST IMPORTANT PLAYERS for national team, based on ACTUAL NUMBERS AND DECISIVE CONTRIBUTION IN WORLD CUPS' MATCHES are:
10- Bebeto (94/98)
9 - Rivaldo (98/02)
8 - Taffarel (94/98)
7- Rivelino (70/74/78)
6- Jairzinho (70/74)
5- Vavá (58/62)
4- Romário (94)
3- Ronaldo (98/02)
2- Garrincha (58/62)
1- Pelé (58/62/70)
Obviously it doesn't mean these were the best or most skilled guys.
@@RenatoDeCarvalho-ni4cs It's a very good list, I agree with you exactly
Brazil-82, although it did not win the World Cup, was much stronger and more spectacular than the championship versions of 94 and 2002.
You remember KAKA?
@@gautambanegee5827 Is it possible to forget Kaka, but this list only had room for 10 people and all these first-class players in the history of Brazilian football, in any case, everyone's opinion is respected and I thank you for giving your opinion.
Ricardo kaka plays for spain
@@aayushrawat9415 He played for Brazil.
NR1-FOREVER RONALDO IL FENOMENO, BEST OF ALL TIME. LOVE ALBANIA 🇦🇱
Tostao !!!
Thank you for your opinion, it has been explained a lot for other friends in the comments, making a list of 10 players for a country like Brazil with a brilliant history in football can always be accompanied by criticism, which is right and wrong in many cases, in any case, thank you.
Senza offesa ma Rivellino sicuramente superiore a Socrates Rivaldo e Zico .... Per me lui aveva tutto ....
Your opinion is respected
So Neymar who is Brazil top scorer and assistant is a joke to who df made this list
Your opinion is respected, thank you
There's a player vastly underrated by Brazilian fans.
I know in Brazil he didn't do so great.
But in the 80s in Italy he was seen as a god. He was at the same level as Platini. People used to compare them. "Who's better, him or Platini?" they said...
He helped Roma almost win the Champions League.
This player is Paulo Roberto Falcao.
Imho he's way better than Socrates, who's vastly overrated (in this list he's before Rivelino 🤭).
By the way Socrates too came to Italy and he was crappy.
I know he's an idol in Brazil, I couldn't see him in his Brazilian career, but I saw him in the WC82 and I didn't find him a super player
As for other players, I would insert Didi, take out Rivaldo and put Zico a little above in the list
I respect your opinion, I have seen both players and they were both great, but Socrates was really great on the field and he played very well for Brazil in the 1982 World Cup. I suggest you watch his games again, especially against Italy, Argentina and the Soviet Union. Who Scored a Wonderful Goal (1982)
I agree with you abt Falcao vs Sorates.
@@rezakhelghati ok it's a matter of different opinions. But Socrates cannot be over Rivelino, who was the main Brazilian star in 2 world cups, 74 and 78 (3rd place in the latter), and one of the 5 number 10 in 70 Brazil.
Socrates played well in 82 (he wasn't the main star) and bad in 86
@@JulioMontoli-ev4jb I didn't mention Pelé 🙄
Neymar is waste talent
@@noelsullivan2589 He is a good player, but he should have focused more on football
You cant make a rank of only 10 with brazil players atleast 20 because you left alot of good players out
For a country that has a glorious history in football, it is difficult to prepare a list of 10 players and it usually always faces criticism, in any case, there is a certain amount of people's taste in the selection of players, that's why the opinions can be different, thank you for your opinion.
