Who thinks they did poor on this episode
Looked pretty rough close up.
I do
Same
It's the welding job plus the hard angles to get too
I think it was a bit rushed but it was also supposed to be rough because that's how it is in the new dc movies
isnt it very sloppy and uneven compared to other builds?
Think this too
Thankyou I was saying the same thing, he was left with a lot of rough work but in the end he still left a lot of uneven spots and it didn't look symmetrical at all on certain areas
i think its perfect. it actually looks like something you would find thats been under the sea for hundreds of years.
No offence to Sam, but most of his builds are sloppy compared to the others
And the handle it just looks like a shovel steel handle...
Pls. Make the new trident from the Aquaman movie
That is the new trident
@@connorhill3796 the golden one
🔥 KOBAYE 🔥 oh oh oh, I see
Do you mean atlan's trident the golden
@@romelremodo8842 mhm
(Nobody tell Aquaman what 'tri' means)
lol😊😁😁😂😃😄😅😄😃😀☺😊😐😑
do you know what "-dent" means?
Potatrobot tri means 3 and it represents the three sharp thingy
lampel liwayway miraflor but there are 5 points that's not a trident
That would make it a Quin-dent wouldn't it?
that was a pretty lazy finish, you could have cleaned it up, even a little
I think this one was rushed. Notice they barely showed how the staff was created
+BlueFlame17 I don't watch the video I just skip to the end to see the product
+Batman Why don't you just go on Google images and search for weapons there if you don't bother watching the process?
+BlueFlame17 Of course they barely showed how the staff was made. It's literally just a metal pipe with the trident head and pommel welded on. There's not much to show.
+Batman Hey
A RWBY build! Cresent Rose is far to complicated, but Gambol Shroud or Weiss's Mrythenister please!
I litterally ask this every episode lmao
Yes a RWBY weapon! I reckon crescent rose could be very possible if they put enough to time and effort into it :)
I've been asking for it on every episode for about a year now. :P
Maybe they make a combo weapons for rwby like they did with TMNT
How about jaune's sword and sheild
The scythe itself, yes. What the OP was referring to when they said "far too complicated" was the sniper half of the weapon.
Dawnbreaker from Skyrim please :)!
wuuthrad from skyrim please
Aquaman: Atlans Trident
(To make up for this one)
Corvo Attano's Blade and Mask from Dishonored!
Why not the dakra prime or galatine
YES! Had idee myself too!
nice idee naik...
ong yes, i would love that
Holy shit I just was going to post it cause i played dishonored today xD
Just here to add on to the the ever growing request for a RWBY build.
how about Weiss' Rapier
Milo and Akuo!
Yatsuhashi's Giant sword from RWBY.
Rubys scythe.
Hell yes anything would do
Come on. You can do better.
Nikola Tesla Do you mean to say that it should have been made in one piece?
@@evannibbe9375 How'd you get that from....
So you saying you can do better Nikola?
I think you got lazy on that one... not even finish... i know you can do better😁
When is ManAtArms is gonna build conan the adventurer's starmetal
Dawnbreaker from skyrim
yeah
yes
more like finniks trident am I right
yeah dawn braker or harkons sword will work too
YES
Re-reforge this one ! Or show us the part 2 of this episode...
or just get rid of the sloppy wielder and the goof ball that is sam?
+Mr Slinky dragon shut up. Sam is good. idk what happened on this one. Go watch the lightsaber/katana. you will see how good is he.
first of all, learn grammar and then learn black smithing/quality control before you try one upping people.
+Mr Slinky dragon The hypocrisy in that comment is intense. First, learn about capital letters; what they are, when to use them and when not to, and then secondly, learn the meaning of hypocrisy and then try to not be a hypocrite. No one likes a hypocrite, hypocrites especially. Why? Because it's hypocritical to be a hypocrite and not like hypocrisy because it's hypocritical.
+Mr Slinky dragon Sam's a good smith, he really is, but there has been something off the last couple of times he's been here, possibly sick, possibly dealing with something, I don't know, but he is in reality much better than this. Disappointed with how it ended up, seeing as they had a lot of potential, but then again there are most likely reasons for this
How about Hawkgirl's Regime Mace from the Injustice Game???
How exactly does one forge a trident under water.... hmm.
Seems like Atlantis is outsourcing their metalwork!
Most of the royal family weapons were made before Atlantis sunk.
Atlantis used to be above water many years ago.
"We've yet to have a full image of this trident, in either a movie or a screenshot"
>Immediately shows movie poster which includes the trident
Yeah but look at their finished product. Looks nothing like what was shown already.
A full image. They only have an image of the pointy bits and not the staff part.
make a better one then.
Corvo's sword: Dishonored; Zero's sword, Borderlands 2; The Crucible: DOOM; Blade of Olympus: God of War; Silver Dragon knife: Far Cry 3; Mace of Molag Bol: Skyrim; Grappling Hook: Just Cause
corvo sword seconded!
or the greatsword of artorias from dark souls
They already did that
I second The Crucible from DOOM.
You missed the king of Video game swords: Soul Edge.
V's daggers from V for Vendetta?
How about an episode where you briefly zoom in on all the items you've made for Man At Arms? I'd love to see where and how they're kept.
DIshonored, Corvo Attano's blade and mask, DO IT ALREADY! asking since 2012!!!
Yesssssss!!!
They already made it once didn't they?
+PaladinFury SaynotoGooglePlus nope
+PaladinFury SaynotoGooglePlus no, they've done the Assassin's Creed unity phantom blade, and Tony Swatton did the Black Flag hidden blade when he was doing the show.
Kinda disappointing. It looks ruff and uneven a bit. I think it should have been more slick and shiny, but this is still cool.
think about it, its been under sea water for most of its life, whats it going to look like?
+shunkaha So did the Atalan people, do they look as bad and uneven?
its from a comic and in that comic it doesnt look like what they build.
True, It was under the sea for most of it's life, but it's supposed to be magic which would still make it look like new.
+shunkaha It's a magical trident, not a normal one. It can't suffer from abuse, especially from water.
The volume of milk destroyed in showing off the weapons leaves me thinking, “Do you hate milk?”
I'd love to see you guys tackle Arthur's second trident from the film. The golden one.
Roanoa Zoro's three swords, Kitestu, Wado Ichimonji, and the Shusui from One Piece PLEEEEASE
Yes please I totally agree
A katana, another katana, and again another katana.... they already did plenty of katanas. We don't need to see more.
that would be boring
I wanted to suggest Wado Ichimonji as well but they made the katana from Kill Bill already and it was glorious and traditionally done, so I don't think they're going to make another katana that's so genuine anytime soon (though imo all of Zoro's swords are waaaayyy prettier than the one from Kill Bill. Oh well) They did make Yoru though and it was AWESOME :D
Do the anime version of Orochimaru's Sword of Kusanagi!
Omg I've been asking that for 2 years now yes
that's just a normal sword, except for the gard there's nothing realy special about it
I said *anime version*! vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/narutofanon/images/9/98/Kusanagi_no_Tsurugi.PNG/revision/latest?cb=20120525153038
+Stan Depoorter who cares? Even if it's just a normal sword (which there is no such thing) you'd still want to see it made right?
Ja Jaf Thank you!
Please make hawk girls mace
well that was half-assed
GL Michael Do you mean to say that it should have been made in one piece?
Ikr
Dude that is hard to make in one piece
Genji's sword from Overwatch
yes
or maybe even Reinhardt's hammer
i love genji's katana from the game overwatch ive been sudjesting that for a long time
yeah hammer would be epic.. even though I doubt anyone would be able to lift it haha
***** lol
Corvo Attanos folding Dagger from Dishonored pls :)
Been requesting that for about a year now on every video. We'll have to wait for the release of Dishonored 2 later this year I guess.
looks like it :/
But the hype is strong with this game :D
I thought about building one myself but making the outer part of the blade is really tricky as it's hollow but has to be durable and sharp. The mechanism is not that hard if you have access to a mill and some other machining tools. I would say you could use the mechanism Ammnra came up with (just search for "Ammnra Dishonored" here on YT) with a leaf spring instead of the rubber band loaded trigger and you should be good to go. If they don't make it I will make it sooner or later (don't have the tools, knowledge, time and money atm)
Btw you are the first one to request this for almost a year (at least the only person I saw). No likes or answers on my requests so far lol. I'm sorry for spamming but I'm just so excited that I'm not alone anymore :D
Isn't it obvious why they haven't made it yet? Tyvian steel is expensive!
It would be great to see He-man's and She-ra's Sword of power.
Great episode ^o^. Love all the process that have been done for Aquaman's trident especially the grinding to the final heat treat for each headpoints 👍😄👍😄 those moment from 5.48 to the end are very addicted to watch for me 🙏🙂🙏. Great Aquaman's weapon episode here, AWE ME 👍.
Reinhardt's Rocket Hammer!!!!!!!!!!
heck yeah! anything from overwatch would be cool
+Aleph Null nomad genji's sword
Torbjorn's Hammer...
genji's weapon
Yes!!!
PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! They can make LANCE CHARACTER "LANCER" ZERO OF FATE STAY NIGHT UNLIMITED BLADE WORKS?
yYESSSSSSSSS
yessss!! pleasee!!
Guillermo Ortiz Really i want to know which ?
yessssssssss!!! pleaseee!!
what is your question?? +zarchisael faruhan "zokkun"
YOU ALL ARE AMAZING!!! Have you done the Zorro sword yet? If not you got my vote for one!
Well, you guys made Aquaman’s mother’s trident but job well done. Hope y’all update soon to his rightful trident.
Do corvos sword from dishonored
yas
NOT TIL THEY DO THE SWORD OF ALTAIR
Yes. And the mask
yessss
I think they might do the sword when Dishonored 2 comes out.
oooh I've got an idea How about Alphonse Elric's armor
FMA
that would be awesome.
+Alissa Ivie Which one
OMG I love you for that idea
nah let them make automail :P
how about Shatterstar's dual blades cutlass from the old X-Force comics?!?😀
Please make another Aquaman weapon video but this time the actual trident from the Aquaman movie. If You guys could do that I'd Love that. Love the show by the way.
You guys should make genji's katana from overwatch
yes
good shout
I made one out of wood, so there's your fix until they do their's
yes 100%
plz make 1
okey guys, I'll admit, this whole video and build seemed kinda rushed. But sit down a moment and use your head for a bit. Imagine all the publicity and promo they have been getting since they started this channel. Imagine how much work they have to do ASIDE from making these videos for all of us. They prolly have a million pieces to do, when the cameras AREN'T rolling. The fact that they still keep posting videos for the fans is noteworthy. Man at Arms peolpe, you are awesome! Would like to see all the people in the comments bitching about the symmetry of this build, do it better temselves. Stay awesome, thank you!
Thank you .. And yes the shop work continues even while filming is going on ..
I speak for myself when I say I'd rather wait and see a finished and refined work then a rushed video. If I need to wait for some downtime then so be it. Cutting corners clearly didn't help.
So ungrateful.
+Bill Collison Is it possible to order a weapon from y'all? And how?
Yes Seth it is ...What were you thinking ..And really depends on what it is and if we have time to do it .
Love it either way and still want one I love what you guys do and I hope to do stuff like you one day
It looks amazing. Great job!
Do Genjis Dragonsword from Overwatch !
nice idea
or mercys Staff
totally
No do crocodile dundees Bowie knife like what tk38 said
Yes please! My god that would be amazing
Meta Knight's Galaxia from the Kirby franchise
not the one from the anime it looks bad
Yes! This!
ALSO YES
This or the Mega Sword would be awesome
Build it
Reinhardt hammer
I want to see that! Just imagine how much it would take to make it though, along with the weight.
I like how he bands it by hand!
Genji's shurikens and katanas.
yes
yes
Yes
yes
Yes
The sanding is poorly done. This trident is held by a King. It should be elegant and shiny and well done, not rough and destroyed like this
Just imagine the water abuse it went through in the ocean, it's bound to be weathered
+Alex Hound and, this is the second time theyve done a Trident, the first time for a trident like this, so there could be limitations to what can, and cant be done to it.
I noticed that too
any king whos blade shines and glimmers is no king at all, for his mettle has never been tested.
Pro blacksmiths getting advice from a panda
Now you have her mother's trident. Powerful but flawed...like her.
Let's get to Atlan's Trident, so you can be the protector of the deep!! :D
See the title: Wow, awesome!
See the build: Ehhhm, what is that supposed to be.
See the finished product: I mean it's nice, but man I wish it was Aquaman's trident.
Mace of Molag Bal (Skyrim) please
I'm bouta nut just thinking of that
Yes this would be amazing to see
power rangers lost galaxy quasar saber!!!
yes. that and ebony blade would be awsome.
Volendrung(skyrim version) would also be awesome.
The end seemed kinda rough with the 'v' shaped connectors connecting the trident to the shaft seemed kinda rough and unpolished unlike most of the other builds
I think it was just to make it look like the movie one
it looks nothing like the concept movie one
for me the rough finish is perfect. looks like its been underwater for a long time
Ok you try forging a trident
Agreed. These guys can do much better than this. It looks like an unfinished project.
I really want you guys to do like a chopped challenge. You should go to a junkyard and build weapons out of the things you find there.
I live how this show feels like an hour long episode on the Discovery Channel with all of the unimportant stuff cut out.
Since you don't get to do many DC builds, how about Wonder Woman's sword and shield?
They've already done a few shields, and wonder woman's sword isn't special.
+Dan D It was just a suggestion. There aren't many DC heroes who use weapons or armor.
+Ryan Cauffman they could try to make
Steels hammer and armor. The comic version not the movie version
Yes!!! That well be so cool
+Caryl Duane Dante why not the flash sword it's in the shape of the lighting bolt
Ornstein's spear would be cool
Or the Nameless Kings Spear
Yeah, I just don't like the way it is unbalanced so it might be hard to wield
maybe dragonslayer greataxe?
+Art&Music Madness That would be massive!
Silent Symphony Inc. yeah. maybe sometinhg more meant for michaelcthulhu then?
Did they use for the haft?
Benihime shikai? (urahara's blade in initial release form)
Please do Wonder Woman's Sword and shield!!!!!!!
Who's with me?
o yeaaaaah
DC city over here boys!!
yes
Only just discovered this channel today. Where has this been all my life?!!!
right here
You have a lot of catching up to do my friend.
Same
Yip
Watch the earliest videos when a guy named Tony did the builds.
For people who don't know or haven't researched it this actually isn't Aquamans trident in an interview Jason Mamoa does say that it isn't the trident and that it comes in at the second movie which leads me to believe that there will be an Aquaman standalone movie
My favorite weapon of all time!!! Yes!!!
I guess I'd better keep asking until the dream becomes real:
Could you please make Corvo's Folding Blade from Dishonored?
that would be the best thing ever!!
You just read my mind, I was going to ask about it.
By now that has to be the most requested object ever, but if they're gonna make it, it would probably be just before Dishonored 2 if I had to guess because of how hard it would probably be to make.
PS. I also have requested this for a long time.
primeoetzand Yeah, making it just prior to the next installment would make a lot of sense.
I imagine that the spring-loaded way through which the blade extends, the mechanical sorcery needed to make a telescopic blade that's stable enough to cut with and the fact you also have to turn it 180º so the blade doesn't extend towards the user or pinch your fingers (it's why Corvo flips the blade in-hand when you pull it out in the game) means there's a bunch of safety issues to consider too.
I mean, it's sort of like a spring-loaded butterfly knife with a telescopic sword blade in the grip. That could end very poorly, if it's pointed in the wrong direction when you release the spring... :S
We've only been asking for years....
I have a challenge for you guys make a medieval weapon the way the did back in the medieval era with little to no technology help
They've done that before man. Aragorns sword they did with no power tools
+Seth Wagoner where they using medieval forges hammers and medieval techniques
+Tanin Moores no r u
Yes. And medieval techniques doesn't just mean using a hammer and anvil with fire.
+Tanin Moores no r u
So Skrillex for shaping, Crystal Method for rough assembly, John Williams orchestra for welding and grinding. Got it.
You really should do Sir Radzig kobyla's Longsword from Kingdom Come Deliverance.
How about Rose's Sword from Steven Universe? That would be awesome!!! XD
Yeah
Don't forget the scabbard
Steven Universe is a shitty show
Adrian Langford
Up until the mid season final (and a little after) it is a bad show, but after the bad episodes it gets very good
+XxX_ “Sauceyboi” _XxX
can you compare it to adventure time? ive yet to watch steven universe because i dont like the art but if its as good or better than adventure time i might try it
Soooo...Berserk just started a new series and you did Guts' Band of the Hawk era sword. Now you have an excuse to go big and build the Dragon Slayer.
but you should build it like Goto did. crazy ass build.
You realize a sword of that size would easily weigh at least 300 pounds, right? (It's implied it weighs 500 pounds). How would you expect them to grind it if they can't even lift it?
Too big to build and too simple to be much fun. It's just a massive hunk of sharpened metal, it doesn't have any interesting shape or design. They'd be better off making griffith's sword.
Look up the Channel MichaelCthulu your welcome ;)
Victarion Grey My welcome? Learn proper grammar.
Also, the version of the Dragonslayer that Michael made is much thinner to make it lighter, so it's not an _exact_ replica like a lot of people want. It's good enough though.
Thank you guys I love aquaman
Aquaman might be the worst Marvel hero, but the Stagmer Brothers really approached this with professionalism and their usual enthusiasm for the build. This is what I think sets their craftsmanship apart from so many others. It's an inspiration to watch this work!
Marvel? I think you mean DC
I know I'm five years late, but bro insulted my one of my favorite superheroes without even having the proper IQ to label him properly 💀
RWBY Weiss Scnee's Rapier
I take it back.
Do all of Team RWBYs Weapons!!!!
Yes do it
yes please
I was just thinking about that.
yeah or ruby's schyte
I'm sorry but what is the point of Sam being there really, relative to finding someone else more skilled? It always ends up looking like its made by an amateur - or rather someone who just doesn't try, unless someone like Matt ends up wasting ours cleaning it up (as he himself points out here), and even that doesn't save it. And that's not even mentioning his attitude at times (not in this video fortunately) which is often just awkward and quite frankly annoying.
I know it takes time to make these projects so you need enough people to have several projects going, but Sams work looks like its for rough medieval agricultural tools etc., not finely crafted weaponry.
Sorry if I'm being rude, but I have to be honest.
+Matt Stagmer Leave these comments while you can. I thought the trident looked pretty cool, but others want to see Finnick's trident again.
Matt Stagmer Thank you for taking it nicely - just had to speak my mind. You do good work!
+Lord Victor Halgaard i agree with you that build didnt look that defined and good but I still liked it
Have to agree. I have watched every episode and this may have one of, if not, the worst lookings ones. Nothing against Matt or any of them... but it looked rushed and like Sam was down with the flu but went to work anyways. Can't wait to see the next episode, but I hope to see a redo of the Trident later down the road.
Nolan Glaze He did look less energetic, but Sam always makes things like that, which is my problem - its always so clumsily done that even I could do it, if not better, and I don't exactly work with it, I just forge on occasion for fun.
That fat aquaman at the end made me laugh so hard
The aquaman model was hilarious !! 😂😂😂😂😂
The weapons from Robert Jordan’s _The Wheel of Time_ series would make a really nice series of builds, especially if you can make your own interpretations of the designs before the TV series gets started:
• Rand al-Thor’s heron-marked sword, _katana_-like, with European hilts. (The crystalline Callandor, the “Sword That Is Not a Sword” would be cool too, but would be completely Lauren’s or Ferenc’s build, leaving nothing for the shop’s metalworkers to do.)
• Mat Cauthon’s _ashandarei_, a polearm like a glaive or Japanese _naginata_; also the ruby-hilted dagger of Shadar Logoth.
• Perrin Aybara’s warhammer Mah’alleinir, and his half-moon axe.
should've been gold and enchanted, don't you guys enchant your weapons after making them?
Ikr
Yeah, this one looks like rushed raw iron. The form and method was good, but I agree. It needed a little more personal touch to it, rather then just trying to make it look badass
Its based of the one from the Batman vs Superman movie, not the comics/cartoons.
BlueFlame17 I think you missed the joke about magically enchanting it..
Now that the movies out I think it’d be awesome to see a retake
8:50 Coz every Olympian still needs their daily dose of calcium.
Darksiders war's sword
it was called Chaoseater my friend, and i agree i wanna see it done like now XD
Raziel van Helsing ahah sorry m8 but i am italian and I did not know how to spell in English XD

video is about awesome weapon made by awesome guys, which turned out beautifully.
first comment is about the cosplaying dude who is in literally two seconds of the video. Welcome to the internet friends.
Grayswandir from the Amber series
I would love to see this sword because it hasn't been in any movies, games, etc. I really want to see what the crew comes up with from just the description in the book!
I've watched all your videos and this is the first time I find the weapon pretty... unfinished, rushed out. I know it's personal and far from easy to make. Plus it's always nice to see original stuff. Keep it up guys
overwatch genji's katana
I have not played Overwatch but I want that
it is just a katana!
A green glowing katana with a badass futuristic grip and guard.
Still a katana.

S V agreed
S V agreed
S V agreed
so true
Pearl's spear from Steven Universe would be amazing to see.
everytime i watch these videos my credit card cries cause i wanna buy all that stuff
Repeating an old request: The sword with a Nintendo 64 controller as the hilt from "Farewell, Famikamen Rider."
Yeah!
that sounds great
The tough part for the crew would be getting a good picture of it to work from. Plus, the thing was clearly made out of foam, but it's forgivable since the movie was made on a less-than-shoestring budget and was a labor of love.
