Vida is best. Its working fine and also no belt issues. Its metal gearbox 😊. I think your battery socket is not fitting properly.try to readjust connector spring.
I don't get why these manufacturers don't get strict with dealerships, such a cold response from the hero. It never changed since then, I bought Vida because of its looks. It's one of the classes but I faced so many problems which require self understanding so I fixed them. Vida took a charging time of at least 8 hours, now I have to plan everything accordingly. Few charging stations, also range is inadequate for a long distance. I am facing the screen fridge issue, if you drive in sport mode and in sunny day its scrren will fridge and don't response, even you turnoff your vehicle the screen keep lit up. the only way to fix this is to disconnect both battery and auxiliary battery

But it is nice of you to assume that if i don't like a bike, I must belong to the other bike company/group. By the same logic, you must be from the terrible VIDA team. Anyways, I own this terrible of a bike, Vida. And the problem with it is, it overheats and screams "LIMP HOME". Which is basically a fancy name for their hot ass battery issue. Also, we own an Ather and TVS iQube in our family. My grandpa rides iQube and he hasn't had any issue with it until now. But I personally prefer Ather. It is pure joy.

Fir aase hi ho gya.aabki baar 20 km out of city tha. Fir vhi phone kiya unki vhi khani yha lani pde gi.kisi kisi ko bol kr ki shar tk paucha do rasi k share shar tk laya fir padal gher le kr gya 10 km .sgle din subah road side assistance vale aaye service centre le kr gye hai aaj 12-jan-24 ko abb lene k liye aur unse sir hone jaa rha hu.ki spni padal gaadi ko apne pass rkho mere paise vapas kro😢😢😢
