    Actually, I'm dreaming making this 'modular' music for quite a while. And, have been listening to classical music, and modern like Philip Glass. Even your profile picture is amazing. You incarnated this part I've been dreaming about. Thank you so much.

      @@LeDernierAbsent Well, you really nailed this one. The classical music is still difficult for me to experience this way. But Philip Glass. Oh yes. I wondered If you could do Mad Rush from Glass. There already is a wonderful organ version.

      Oh god, even the title of the song ... I didn't even notice. "facades" . Wtf. Fucking Subconsciousness.

    Love the melody voice in this - a beautiful mournful sound. Perfect. You’ve inspired me to try transcribing more minimalist classical pieces into the nerdseq. The tricky part seems to be get a dynamic flow so it doesn’t sound robotic - you do it so well here with the subtle filter movements.

    Love this! NerdSeq is a very capable sequencer. I've also done some Glass covers using it.

    Phillip Glass is probably easier to program than to play manually!

    • @LeDernierAbsent
      @LeDernierAbsent  Рік тому +3

      Well I do both and it really dépends on the pièce. Most of the time it takes me more time to program and breakdown the composition voice by voice (most synth voices are mono), than to just decipher and play....

      @@LeDernierAbsent I think what easily can get lost is the sense of meter - in this case 12/8, but the triplets are not really coming through. Of course programming that is a pain.
