    If suspended durring an investigation and employer completes investigation and collective agreement says 6mths is allowed pending investigation but employer has now exceeded 6mtnhs, what can the employee do? The employer is also not communicating with accused employee even though investigation is complete and now the employee is 9mths suspended without a hearing or knowing whats going on.
