really helpful information - so much cheaper than doing a commercial tour and tons to do in Richmond. I like the gaol there better than the Port Arthur area
@@tasmanianbusjourneys9406 sooo true and the interpretive material at Richmond Gaol is very self explanatory and there are interpretive signs all over town
Thanks Josh. Hopefully a lot more to go. So I will be videoing in Devonport on the morning July 11th. I want to grab some footage of East Devonport route 175 to the Spirit of Tasmania in prep for another How to Travel UA-cam. I was hopefully of catching the 9:17 service from Devonport weather allowing. Rain is forecast. I will be hanging around from about 8:45am at Rooke Street bus stops. You are welcome to say hello and maybe meet my support team. cheers Pete
If you want to definitely. I was thinking on the Thursday morning (11/7) we may form a small queue and video boarding a north west express to Burnie or at least pretend to get on,. I would also like to get some footage of friendly locals (yourself) on the East Devonport bus so we can show folks how to catch that service to the Spirit of Tasmania. Cheers Pete
Richmond is such a good hidden gem of a town
I totally agree. I often go there and I know several people in Richmond and it is a perfect day trip from Hobart. I always travel there by bus.

Spot on Janine. Why pay $90 for a no frills coach tour when you can go by public bus for for a few dollars. Thanks for your support cheers Pete
