Thanks soooo much for this very clear way to kearn from you and I love your will to teach. That's a great master to do🙏🤗👍
This exercises are great! I understand that some of the forms contains forbidden martial arts application that should only be taught to the select few lest it could be used to harm others. Particularly the simultaneous kick and punch as well the xie bu punch. Both are forbidden techniques that contains deadly blows. But we are very much grateful nevertheless for teaching us the proper forms for health benefits. And understand that sharing the martial arts aspect could be very risky is why you apparently choose not to include them. Good job! Keep them coming.
My friend deadly can become a random atack from an irritated psychopath or a drunken man on the street. No high ranked technical skills are required to kill someone. Blows with naked fists to the face and not only can be proven lethal. Don'' t be misleaded by the cinematic presentation of fighters that exchange dozens of fists until someone wins. It is up to the idividual to deliver his blows with restraint but also with realism so as not to fall prey. A great wealth of Shaolin forms are available at youtube user: Shaolin Kung Fu. Of course the techniques are deadly they are called martial arts after all. Of course some advanced forms are reserved to the knowledge of the higher ranked monks, but a lot of Shaolin Kung Fu is luckily here to STAY!
Superb explanation master, thank you .

Very nice and helpful tutorial. Thanks a lot. I was wondering about the punch in xie bu stance. Is it directed in a diagonal direction as the stance or straight? Same question for the hands in duli bu (the next movement) just before the pu bu?
+Ralf Klein Breteler sorry just saw your message. the Xie Bu Punch should be straight online, but the stance face to 45 diagonal. yes the Jing Ji Du li hands direction straight online as well. Good question. i hope this will helps your training.
