thank you so much for explaining how to build strong beginner decks. I just started playing Gwent after watching your beginner tutorial and was having a lot of fun until I reached rank 25. At that rank everyone I was paired against started destroying me because I haven't really mastered advanced deck building and was just kind of randomly adding cards without fully synergizing the deck. I really appreciate your video because it has helped me to better understand advanced deck building strategies and how to truly maximize synergy among cards. I look forward to trying your deck out and finally starting to win some games again. I hope you do more videos on beginner and intermediate deck builds for other factions!

Striga is a very common monster in our Slavic mythology :) I remember my parents reading me tales about Strigas when I was a child. It's so cool hearing foreigners adopt this term. And your pronunciation was spot on!
I come across similar decks with my vampires all the time, still in pretty low rank. They're really good, I've lost a couple of times and I've spent some money on the vamps. Glad new players have solid f2p options :)
Usually I'm playing on my i-pad in pro rank but you inspired me to reactivate my old COG account on PC where I only played a couple of hours. I restarted at rank 25 and had a lot of fun. It's crazy what you see on the lower ranks. Some players have played 1000+ games, more than 1000 cards and never been better than rank 15. Others have only few cards but a Tier 1 Syndicate deck and can't pilot it. (than I always want to send a message like "I can show you how to pilot this deck") The great experience is that the gameplay is different in these ranks. The decks look different and you see some inspiring card combinations. Most probably I will keep my second account around rank 10 and use it from time to time. PS: The recently introduced trees for beginners are very helpful to improve your decks. Great idea by CDPR.
Multiple time pro ranks and everything here, but I love that your videos are very well explained for beginners. That's the kind of video I would love to do too, but for multiple reasons I'm very shy about it. So also, congrats for doing it, also I liked some of your other decks and ideas that I had never met elsewhere. Wishing you the best of continuation.

Great videos! I started playing since last season and used a White Frost deck to get to rank 3. Absolutely love it! It's a shame that this video got out right before the patch notes, they gonna change Old Speartip: Asleep
I watched this vid and I basically have the same deck as she has. Only played the game for about 30hrs so far and ended up with almost the same deck as a pro recommends. "NICE"

Pretty good well rounded deck to be honest, when it works its quite a versatile wild hunt /weather control deck against lots of the most used current decks Scoia'tel and Northern realms, and a few Skellige ones... if only folks were more creative and less about farming victories out there.

I thought it needs to be a devotion build ? But playing mixed monsters races ? Or am I missing that you can just play any monster cards for devotion and not just wild hunt ?.
Devotion requires all cards within a deck be the same faction as that deck. So although you may have an elf type card as long as he is also within the monster faction the requirements for devotion will be met. You can toggle to only show a specific faction when building your deck to be sure every ard you see will fulfill devotion.
Can anyone tell me why my old spear tip is different? Has it been changed recently? Mine is only 6 with armour. How does thos card work now I dont understand it

This deck also works against milva and Saskia snipe saskia with Frost.

It's optimal, though you could consider adding Imlerith, Imlerith's Wrath, or even Toad prince.

Imlerith seems OP to no consider it. Even his special card is easy removal to any units.
He is definitely not bad. He's just not affordable for a beginner, so I didn't include him in the budget deck.
