Mr James Ocaya on why President Museveni appointed him as Deputy Inspector General of Police

The new Deputy IGP James Ocaya who joined the Police in 1995 after graduating from Makerere University as a Police Cadet, has risen through Police ranks and was heading the Police Directorate Research and Planning to replace Maj Gen Geoffrey Katsigazi, whose contract with the Police was supposed to end this month.
