I use to be fit 7-8 years ago. I would participate in half marathons and various races and LOVED it! Then depression kicked in and I stopped believing in myself and then gave up on life in general. After taking care of my mental health the past 18 months, I’m feeling the urge to run again, and stumbling across this video has definitely sparked something in me. Thank you so much for sharing ✌🏻

I started running not to look good or stay in-shape, but I started because Ive had really bad insomnia and depression I was up to 4 Tylenol PM's a night. And I didn't want to take antidepressants because that has side effects I don't want. So I choose to run and I actually really enjoy running now, sometimes I can't wait to get out there and just clear my head. Right now after 2 years I'm an average runner at 7 minutes per mile. and the staying in-shape is a plus. :) great video
Runners like videos that express why they run. I watched this video, because UA-cam recommended it. In another month your 433 views could be 4,333 or more. I'm not as high tech as you are. Maybe I should be, now that I'm preparing for a 100-mile race. I usually just note how long I ran. And I run at different times throughout the week. I do it because I enjoy it, including pushing myself, as well as just moving through the outdoors. Running is the closest I come to flying. Thanks for the video!
