This is a very challenging etude for saxophone by Guy Lacour based on
Olivier Messiaen's modes of limited transposition.
The guitar is a Godin Multiac Grand Concert with synth access
The bass sound is coming from a Roland GP 10

Hmmm... sounds like you've got an octave divider on or you're plugged into a guitar synth.
