I suppose this type of trauma actually ruins the taste of the soul. In season 2, it is mentioned what type of soul Ciel has, even though it's filler. Ciel has a soul surrounded in darkness and suffering, yet remains pure from it. I don't think any demon would love the cheap taste of a lusty man's soul, which means, it adds a bad flavour.
@ Sebastian's stated intention is to eat that child's soul. I don't think it's consistent for him to worry about him being exposed to ~*~sinful sexuality ~*~ 🙄
