  • ⬇️Desi Style Chicken Keema Shakshuka Recipe⬇️
    *Ingredients:*
    - 2 tbsp oil
    - 1 onion, chopped
    - 1-2 green chillies, chopped
    - 1 tsp garlic paste
    - 1 tsp ginger paste
    - 300 grams chicken or mutton mince
    - Salt, to taste
    - 1 1⁄2 tsp coriander powder
    - 1 tsp cumin powder
    - 1 1⁄2 tsp red chilli powder
    - 1 tsp red chilli flakes
    - 1 large tomato, chopped
    - Water (as needed)
    - 3 eggs
    - Olive oil (for cooking eggs)
    - Salt and pepper (to taste)
    - Coriander leaves (for garnish)
    *Instructions:*
    1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
    2. Add chopped onion, sauté for 2 minutes.
    3. Add chopped green chillies and fry until the onion becomes pink.
    4. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, mix, and fry until the raw smell goes away.
    5. Add chicken or beef mince, mix well to remove lumps, and cook on low heat.
    6. Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and red chilli flakes. Mix well.
    7. Add chopped tomato, mix with the meat.
    8. Add water to cook the keema, cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
    9. Make gaps in the keema for the eggs.
    10. Pour olive oil into the gaps and crack the eggs into them.
    11. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and cook on low flame.
    12. Sprinkle coriander leaves halfway through, cover, and cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes.
    13. Once the eggs are done, serve in the skillet with some flatbread.
