As a mom having a self care day can seem impossible or even a bit selfish to implement. Truth is, even a 20 minute mini recharge session can do wonders for my mental health and give me the physical strength that I need to keep going. All of the sudden, baby and toddler naps make so much sense! I used to be one to wake up early to get things done now with my 3rd child i rather clean as much as I can at night and then lightly clean as the day goes by, get ready for my day slowly but surely so I understand the nap situation, from tackling the day to suprise visitors you dnt want to feel pressure or sleepy, I love that you share how you do things, it makes you so relateble and being glam doesnt always mean going out eating out or buying expensive things all the time ..

Self-care is something that I have struggled with my entire life, especially after I became a mother. My daughter is 14 now and it is only with in the last maybe three years that I’ve learned the importance of it, and only within the last year and a half that I started applying it. As mothers we tend to put everyone and everything above ourselves and literally forget about ourselves.

Thank you for putting this video up. I'm pregnant with my first baby and I really don't want to lose myself in the process of being a mom. It makes me sad when I see women let go of themselves and put themselves last once they become mothers. It's soo important to continue to love ourselves, I know it can be challenging but I really hope I can create some sort of a routine for myself once she's born. God bless ❤✌
