I’m a 6’8 almost 40 year old man with a beard and I hate Nate because he’s one of the only things that makes me cry. I love secret Santa so much. You give away millions, but are one in a billion. i have been without heat for 20+ years and still cant get my social security...i only have a holmes milkhouse can space heater to heat one room during the winter....as she says God has supernaturally kept my house warm all these years...

I'm canadian and I haven't turned the heat on in my house purposefully for 6 to 7 years. Lol I have electric heat and old wiring I'm not about to pay that and last week it was -22° Celsius. I do have a fire place but I'm just saying. It's easy to deal with the cold as long as you're out of the wind. Lol😂

I'm in Canada, and I follow East Idaho news for the same reason. God put us on earth to help other people. Whenever I see the reactions of the recipients, I alsways think how much *pleasure* it must bring to Secret Santa.

So many of these were so great, but one beats them all. When Phenon (sp) got the car & Nate told her that he could call her boss to explain why she had to clock out & she says...."I might just have you do that"! She was in total shock.
One recurring theme throughout so many of these, over and over, these wonderful folks say "I don't deserve this", or their first thoughts are to thank God, or help others if they received money. Such wonderful, humble, deserving people.
We aren't all able to help folks in the way that the Secret Santa does, but we can all just do what we can, when we can, to make the lives of someone in our community better.
That's very true. I see a lot of people say "i wish I could help people like secret santa." Everyone has the ability to help. Even if it can't be a million dollars worth, there's so much people can give and it feels good to do it.

'E pluribus unum' used to mean so much. Praying it can again. For all her flaws, America had a light once.
This segment - and the others - reminds me of that.
The thing that strikes me, again and again, is that so many recipients of Secret Santa's bounty say how much *others* need the help more. It shows how basically kind and decent they are themselves. If they had the wherewithall they'd all be Secret Santas themselves: They all seem that decent!

Oh wow nice home and God bless you. I can really use some help. Been out of work for 4 months have applied everywhere but its so hard since it only mu sonand I ans after school have no one to watch him.. im losing my faith ans im on wits end especially with my truck smoking everywhere i go now its coming ans smoking in the inside. God bless you man and bless the many people as well. Trying to pay 800 in rent which im never late thank you god and providing food is really trying but thank you God for taking care of my son. A church in town was sending boxes to Ukraine and I fill a box with new staff to be sent I hope they got it
East idaho seems so nice / full of such nice people, but their rent is only 6000/7000$ a year?! This little segment makes it seem like East Idaho is a perfect place. I know perfect isn't exactly realistic, but it is nice to see stuff like this.
