Garden Grove City Council Spotlight on James Nguyen 2023

As a student at La Quinta High School in the Garden Grove Unified School district, James Nguyen was spotlighted at a Garden Grove City Council Meeting. That was after he was recognized as a Rise Global Winner for his cancer detecting toothbrush.
