College Graduates' Reception in Garden Grove 2023

The City of Garden Grove appreciates and honors our college graduates. The City holds a special reception to recognize recent grads who live here. Each honoree received certificates, special gifts and took a photo with Garden Grove's Mayor and City Councilmembers.
