- As a former Polaris owner, I though an 850 was powerful enough and I didn't NEED a 1000! And I couldn't fathom the big difference in power of the Rotax engines in these Can Am ATV's. Man I was wrong. The Dark Side is Powerful, and the Can Am Renegade 1000 XMR leads the way.

@@bikingwithryan5968 ring gear bolts come out from no loc tite. Need 2021 diff.
Funny, those poor Can-Am rears can handle it. Nor do then tend to be able to keep water out.
@@EC_ATV_Outdoors my fluid is grey after 1 ride. i change it every ride. when you pull the fill plug after 1 ride and water pours right out - you have bigger issues and will want to get the seals and bearings changed. so far i have about 1600 miles on a stock xmr rear diff 2020 and i beat the crap out of it and it is holding up!
