Nice one Martin, the scenery is something else, especially with the autumn colours. The area around the lake looked like the perfect place to spend the night. Shame there wasn’t an abundance of shrooms but I guess the views made up for it! Atb mate 👍
Thanks mate. Yeah it's a stunning area, there's actually an unmanned refuge that sleeps I think 12, just 1 or 2km away. Heading back up this week to wild camp or stay in the refuge if it's not full. Weather looks ok. Thanks for watching mate. ATB. 🙂
Another great video Martin and an awesome place it looks for a wild camp and the scenery is incredible 👍 We just came back from a wild camp and I (Simon) forgot my sleeping mat and slept on a cold floor, it wasn’t the best but I got through it like you did on your last camp 👍I’m not making that mistake again 😀 take care mate and have a great week 👍
Hey fellas! Thanks for watching. Yeah it's a perfect place to wild camp and there's also a free refuge nearby, very basic with enough to sleep 10 or 12 people but with terrific views. it's all snow up there now apparently as was going to go again last week but didn't have the correct gear. Sorry to hear you forgot your mat, awful innit sleeping on the cold uncomfortable floor? I need a new one as all attempts to fix mine have filed. Think I'll just spalsh out on an exped and be done with it. Happy camping fellas! 🙂✌️
