- So Japan isn't turning out to be as expensive as I originally thought as my girlfriend shows me shopping and eating hacks. The all you can eat Japanese Bread Buffet was simply amazing. When you go to Japan you must visit Kamakura Pasta not for the pasta but for the bread. Also comparing grocery costs to Korea and Thailand and surprisingly it's not too expensive
