If your playing with the Capo (2nd fret - G flat/F#) just take what the tab says and play it a whole step up, so for example, play 9 instead of 7. Hope this helps somebody.
Almost always, tabs are written with relation to the capo position (like I did here). Otherwise, all played open notes would have to be written out as well (in this case as 2, rather than 0). However, because the capo takes care of those notes- it wouldn't make much sense for me to write the tab in that way. Also note that the MuseScore version of the tab available on my website can be transposed to any key. So if it's easier for someone to read the tab as the exact frets (without taking into account the capo), they could just transpose it up a whole step.
