Police interrogation of Dominique Barner, aka Butta, witness against Ksoo in Lil Buck killing

- Dominique Barner being interrogated by Jacksonville detectives on March 19, 2020. He's one of the state's leading witnesses against Hakeem Robinson (Ksoo) in the shooting death of Charles McCormick, aka Lil Buck. Both men remain in Duval County jail charged with murder.
Interrogation starts at 16:45.
Not really lol
Starts and ends smh
What interrogation
They woulda been smarter if they used a different detective 😂
Lawyer up, never be interrogated without one. Innocent or guilty, the interrogator always sees you as guilty.
Thanks for pointing out the fookin obvious
@@leeduncan8764 but he’s right.

Man who tf raising these dudes; if you know you done a crime, lawyer up immediately
You can always refuse to answer questions

Who is raising these criminals? Don’t do crime. Do the rest of us a favor and stay in school, get a trade or join the military.

it already is, 2 ppl ready to tell on him

Fantastic video, and at 59 minutes, 57 of that being dead silence. A MASTERPIECE.
Yeah I fast forwarded through alot of it and it's just him sitting in a room in silence then not answering anything then asking for a lawyer then sitting in silence even longer then going back to jail. There is nothing in this video that is even educational to me lol. But he did the right thing by asking for a lawyer and sticking to it. Even if he gets convicted in the end he stands the best chance with a lawyer
Is Butta a common snitch name?😭
Lol
It’s Soo funny to see how mad they get when they ask for Lawyer 😂🤣
Hilarious 🤣🤣🤣
Yes but if his lawyer is a public defender , he is SOL there job is to guarentee win for the prosecution and give permanent housing for the life of this black man...sad...sadly the justice system is working as designed..
It’s amazing how difficult it is for hardened killers to say “sorry! Lawyer. I don’t care what you want or how you feel! Your job is to crush me!”
He’s not a killer obviously
Hanging with the wrong crowd will get you everytime. You have to love yourself enough to know when to say no, not no but helllll noooo
Um....isn't that exactly what he did lmfao
He didn’t kill anybody he was there
The man said I know you not the shooter but I need you to tell me who is 🤦🏾♀️
Save yourself an hour, he lawyered up. 45 min of him sitting in silence.
Nah, this interrogation is actually very important. This interrogation revealed it was not the home invasion but instead the murder he’s being investigated for. Around the 25th minute mark the detective planted a seed of doubt in butta’s mind regarding his relationship with Ace and his Co-D’s, and also revealed he’s been taping his conversations. He didn’t snitch in this video but you can see they cracked him. Pretty sure the next interrogation will be the one where he agrees to testify and it’s mostly because of little stuff through this video.
@@Christian-eq6pq crime circus posted his second interview. He stayed lawyered upped but they told him they wired inmates and got him talking about shit he says he doesn’t know anything about. I wanna hear those wires lol
@Kaitlin Hansen Lol this is the second video where he lawyer's up he's saying the next video would be the 3rd Interrogation and that 1 will probably crack Him
Head games the pigs don't care about us they care about a conviction and a pay check
@@upperplaygrounds6913 thank you
This is the second interrogation I’ve seen with this detective & he gets way too worked up. He seems super nervous & nervous, so I think he’s probably pretty new to it. He talks so fast!!!
Rookie always get to involved in the case ND what happened to the victim but u hurd what dude said I will be back to talk to u I just have to process all this
He's on the robbery unit let him work his way up like a good lil piggy
Nvm wrong cop I thought this was the other black cop from robbery
Doesn't really need to interrogate the guy though.
@@godcuck7793 bull shit they want him to flip be ause they have some evidence but not enough they want somebody to flip so they have concrete evidence
I don't think he understands how that works. He signed a paper stating that he can stop the interview at any time and goes to tell them his lawyer (who should be present) told him he was supposed to talk with the state...well that its obviously not the state and doesn't realize the games they are playing with him in there. They can lie lie lie and have evidence but if he refuses to talk there are better chances on his end. Those cops probably didn't know any of that. They are playing dumb when he's obviously wanting his lawyer playing the justice system RL game.
I have nothing to say to you or the court!thank you!I will remain silent until the jury make their verdic!facts!
"Y'all aint gotta step out, y'all can just take me bck over there." Best thing said.
Damn man. I feel like he wants to talk but he dont wanna give up his boys. He keeps saying if I talk will it change anything. That right there is lowkey telling on yourself or making yourself look like the guilty for that specific crime. Dude seems cool and down to earth but if he tells the way how Duval is out here if he tells and is freed. Theyll get him. If he tells and stay locked up they better move him outta state for his safety. The police DO NOT CARE for hes or our safety. Prayers up for you bud wrong or right we all have to deal with out consequences alone so therefore I'm not gonna slander you or judge you. Just stay safe and keep ya head on the swivel.
He said if I tell anything will it change anything because he a snitch I hate people comment on shit like this and don't know shit u probably not even from the hood
He did rat😭
He's not really good at getting information. The way the suspect was talking, he wanted a deal. He jus didn't know how to go about it and didn't want to exactly say it. but the suspect should of just lawyered up
He really did. His eyes were begging to tell. The detectives didn’t know how to make him cross that mental bridge. They could have said something like “They’re buying expensive chains and you’re sitting in a jail cell for 3 months.” They could have coerced him. But nah they just sat and stared and asked “dO yOu WaNt yOur laWyEr”. Like come on. He was more than halfway there!
@@AB______________ He DID do tht , he already told him he watch Ace Instagram and see all the chains he buying. This is a greedy detective playing hard ball tryns get him to snitch for free wit no deal .
@@24BayBooda Ahh good point bro. I should’ve realized
These cops are rents. As soon as he said I can’t just come and talk to you once your booked because then you’ll have a lawyer should tell you all you need to know. Never ever speak to the police without a lawyer! It’s a right for a REASON!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAYING THIS!! I don't know what I'd do without these comments on literally EVERY interrogation video on UA-cam telling me to get a lawyer. Man, I was just about to make my way down to the police station & ask to be interrogated but then I saw your comment. Phew!!
@@amyc9155 bad day? Lol
Fax.
@BlackBannerProductions they know it, we’ve all grown up hearing those words over & over- if you’re being interrogated, ask for a lawyer, and say nothing.
But, what happens? You’re inside that cold room, hours going by, you’re contemplating the charges, the years(decades) you’re facing, and the detectives acting like they’re doing you a favor- indeed that desperation kicks in, and the pressure makes many fold.
It’s important to ask for a lawyer regardless if you’re innocent, or not, because they speak the language- they’re fluent in law talk. Especially the part where the detective said, “ .. that’s semantics.”_ when discussing if the witness said “gang”, or not- but, that one word can change everything in court. Something that simple can add more to the case/charge..
But, these aren’t the brightest of criminals- that’s why they’re in the situation in the first place.
@Amy C and then they don’t get the sarcasm. Unbelievable. I hope it’s just for the algorithms that it’s repeated incessantly like they just discovered a cure for cancer.
I saw this already on Crime Circus. No wasted time watching someone sit alone in a room fo 45 minutes. Crime Circus is WAY BETTER!
Go watch crime circus then clown 🤡
When is the black community going to acknowledge and address the epidemic of black on black violence which happens at ALARMING RATES?
When are you going to stay out of black people's business?
the same time white on white violence is addressed.
Sad fact is....someone will absolutely talk and the Homies that hold it down get screwed !
Cry me a river
Out of all the interrogation videos I've watched , this has to be the WORST most cringe groups of interrogators I've ever watched. Ugh. Need more practice honestly. Lol
I thought so too! Like a bad movie.
For anyone saying it's against the law for cop's to lie to a suspect in interrogation it's not,it's called the Reid technique and completely legal.
Of course they can lie, but they cannot make threats or make promises!!!! LEO can't be trusted when they are allowed to lie to the public, it's really sad that they can't be trusted 😔
The reid technique is a whole lot more than police talking shit to suspects trust me......
Yeah let the cops keep doing that, cause it sure don't help their case when trials hit.
Yep they do it all the time
The suspects always have the nerve to ask how long the interrogation will take. Smh.
Facts it’ll end quick if you just say I have NOTHING to say without my lawyer
I love watching these interrogation videos BUT the best part are the comments on what to do and what not to do…..😂😂😂😂😂
They weren't supposed to talk to h any further without his lawyer. They think he's so dumb he wouldn't know what to do. Mad cause they couldn't get him to talk.
He is dumb or he wouldn’t be a thug.
He wanna tell it sooo baddd😂😂
It took u 31 min to finally say what you should've said from entry to the room😒🤦🏿♂️

They play basketball and shit up in there lmao you used to be able to see them from the highway exit coming off the Hart Bridge
Always request a lawyer guilty or innocent!!
He look so innocent and humble. Unfortunately, he chose to be involved with that type of lifestyle and now has to answer to it. I almost feel sorry for him, because you can tell he really wasn't built for that. Now he's in a situation where he puts his whole family including himself in danger for telling. If you don't want to do the time, don't do the crime.
He definitely built for it. He is the truth in the streets and I feel like he telling because he tired and I know a lil back story. Just say karma a bych an she returns all kind of ways
He been dead
Yeah kinda sad, but its the life he chose. Sad too he’s only about 2 weeks older than me. He’s about to do life in prison and i just graduated with a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. Life’s all about choices.. So sad he chose this path..

Clearly those two detectives are not on the same page, one is trying to step on the others shot and take a protect the department approach and the other is using his ability to lie to the suspect and gain his trust to make him slip up and confess to a murder....they should probably part ways.
They're both Rookies they need to learn how to work together , She was trying to save the interview legally because the guy was dancing around the law when he would bring up his lawyer theyre suppose to inquire or stop not continue... She was trying to save any testimony he gave Because it can get thrown out if he asked for a lawyer
Its called Good Cop/bad cop
These detectives would hate me they are trash
They know what they're doing. Or they know the approach they're trying to take anyway. She knows as soon as he brings up his lawyer anything said afterward is garbage in court.
That’s how they set things up one cop tries to play like he’s on your side the other one comes with a different approach to make you more comfortable talking to the nice one

His lawyer wants to cut a deal in exchange for information. This kid doesn't understand that. The cops are such assholes. They know that if he shares what he knows with them there's no deal. Leaving him there alone is a game they play. The manipulation really bothers me. It's all about the win for the cops and prosecutors.
He knew to listen to his lawyer and to say no.
