I'm just gonna add this here because I had the same problem and for anyone else looking for the answers in the comments can see this. The inoue fan is at 500, 303 The reporter is at 450, 312 after that it's exactly the same as the video when you go and talk to Kurasuke Inoue!!
Karasuke isn't time sensitive, so you should track back the previous step before talking to him, or try to call eva and use her tips for what you should do
