Written by Sivuca and Gloria Gadihna in 1977, it is based on a Baiao/Forro rhythm typical of the music of the Northeast of Brazil. "Feira de Mangaio" is a song composed for the "Giunina" festival, in honor of San Giovanni in which the farmers celebrate the arrival of the rains on an arid territory with music mainly played by the accordion.
