We had a costly mistake come up while we were trying to install windows!! In construction, issues come up but you have to be willing to pay to fix them!! Installing the windows on these houses make it look awesome!! Enjoy the video y'all!

Why did the city not catch the window egress mistake during permit intake?
Shouldn’t you leave tape off the bottom of the windows to allow any water/ moisture to drain if it were to get behind the seal?
Pretty sure that tape is underneath the bottom edge of the window, this would still allow water to drain but would protect the framing from rotting

I have to ask why dont u use Zip R Sheathing for the Walls and the Roof so u dont have to worry about the house wrap?
It’s 3x more expensive to use zip

There is something about you and the windows..I remember some windows were missing during the construction of your own house....and today you have to pay 1000$ extra 😮

Definitely remove that tape at the bottom of windows
On the right side wall of the garage going into the living area there needs to be at least two windows on each side for more natural sunlight and same thing on the right hand side bedrooms there used to be an extra window edit not enough natural sunlight ❗
There needs to be a window on the left side of the stairs to let in more sunlight into the hallway This house plan is very dark not enough window openings to let in the natural sunlight ❗ living room area needs at least two more windows and same thing goes for the bedrooms upstairs towards the backyard.
