- Happy Friday my planner friends! I am planning my week out in my Hobonichi A6 health and wellness journal. I am using the Pastel Winter kit by Shine Sticker Studio and I incorporated a new to me sticker shop from Etsy called Planner Sticker Jubilo. Great PWM video, friend!! You challenge me to take care of myself better without putting unrealistic challenges on myself. I ask my body to do things that a well seasoned exerciser or dietician would be doing AND get discouraged and quit on day 3 because I can't hold out!! So proud of you Helen!! Keep up the good work❤❤

Yes they are functional box stickers (some just call them box stickers too). Any box you can write in and use for actual function versus decor is a functional box. And then a deco box is just decoration and not for any true purpose. If that makes sense.

I’m following a healthy-ish plan this year. I want to lose 20 pounds this year. I bought a walking pad, because it gets so cold here and it was the best $140 I’ve spent in a long time.
