unbelievable story. Faker, Deft. They are the same age and same high school. Faker was already a famous player at high school. T1's Keria was DRX's player. but after he moved to T1, He meets the old colleague at the final match. It is like cinema.
Worlds 2023, I'm glad once again T1 along with Faker, became the champions. However, the story, the hype, the sadness, the emotions, Worlds 2022 for me is still the best.
The narrative this year is amazing! What a twist of fates that DRX made it through Quarters and Semis to face the GOAT that is T1! Can't wait for the series to begin
this is probably the best intro to an esports world finals i've seen. so much hype and EMOTION. so much history and narrative, 2 legends, so many talented young players with bright futures just starting, etc. i'm going to be both very happy and quite sad for whoever wins and loses.
Looking back after the finals - can easily say with 0 bit of doubt, best worlds that we have ever seen. And it even sets next season's sequel for Keria's time to go from Semi's to Finals to CHAMPION. Really great script writing from the team here. 10/10

The tension and weight of the series needed no words to describe, and no hype would do the match justice. The video just strapped us on for a one of the greatest moment in the history of the game about to unfold
Gosh, this trailer alone makes me tear up. I started playing this game without knowing any PRO player but Faker kept me following the pro scene even years later. As much as I will celebrate Faker's win today, my heart also breaks for Deft. Enjoy the series everyone!

Bro the script for this worlds was written too well. It felt like all the cogs turned the right way for these two teams to meet and it is inevitably gonna be a painful thing whoever who wins/loses. Broken promises, unfulfilled dreams, discontinued legacies, fated plots and unbelievable circumstances. Trying my best to root for both.

I want to give credit to T1 and DRX. DRX was the only team to take down T1, cementing their place as a more magical moment in E-Sports history. As for T1, they bounced back to becomem legendary, and 100 percent without a doubt the best roster of all-time, being the only team to win worlds with the same players back-to-back.
